DEPOSIT POLICY:

We require a deposit of one night’s room and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. For all reservations staying through December 31, the remaining balance will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival, in which the case the reservation becomes non-cancelable and non-refundable. Any reservations made with arrival 1/7/19 through 1/9/19 have a full deposit and 2 week cancel policy applied.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

The deposit is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 72 hours prior to the arrival date. For all reservations staying through December 31, the deposit is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit for any reservations made with arrival 1/7/19 through 1/9/19.

RESORT FEE:

• A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account. The total shown on your online reservation does not include this daily fee.

• The resort fee services entitles you to receive complimentary fitness center access for two (2) each day, local and long distance phone calls, and in-room internet access.

• The resort fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Las Vegas Deluxe Resort King, Wynn Las Vegas Deluxe Panoramic View, Encore Resort Suite King, Encore Las Vegas Panoramic Suite King and Encore Las Vegas Resort Suite Double Queen.

• Amenities are subject to change without notice prior to guest's arrival.

• RESORTCREDIT given as part of a promotion or package may not be used towards the daily fee.

• The total shown for your online reservation does not include this daily fee.

OTHER POLICIES:

• There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding 2 in a room.

• Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 12 p.m.

• Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.

• There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.

• Bed type and smoking preference are not guaranteed except for Resort Suite Double Queen and Panoramic Suite Double Queen reservations at Encore.

• There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.

• Self-parking at our resort is complimentary - for all visitors, without limitation. Valet parking is always complimentary for registered hotel guests. As part of our guest valet parking service, you may have your vehicle ready and waiting for you 24-hours a day, by calling valet prior to your departure time. In addition to these terms and conditions, reservations booked under a Promotion are subject to additional terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions of the Promotion conflict with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Promotion will govern.
