Reservations are limited to Wynn Las Vegas Deluxe Rooms, Encore Resort Suites, and Wynn and Encore Tower Suites, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip, and blackout dates will apply. Double beds are available for an additional charge. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion.

WYNN AND ENCORE RESORT FEE AND PARKING INFORMATION

• A daily Resort Fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account. The total shown on your online reservation itemizes the Resort Fee charge, but you are not charged for the Resort Fee until your arrival.

• The Resort Fee entitles you to receive WiFi internet access for four devices, two Wynn Fitness Center passes per day, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, access to more than 2,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines, and priority access to Wynn and Encore nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn concierge.

• This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Deluxe Resort King, Wynn Deluxe Resort Double, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic View King, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic View Double, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic Corner View, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Queen, Encore Resort Panoramic View King and Encore Resort Panoramic View Queen.

• Resort Fees are subject to change without notice prior to the guest's arrival.

• Amenities are subject to change without notice prior to the guest's arrival.

• RESORTCREDIT given as part of a promotion or package may not be used toward the daily Resort Fee.

• Self-parking at our resort is complimentary - for all visitors, without limitation. Valet parking is always complimentary for registered hotel guests. As part of our guest valet parking service, you may have your vehicle ready and waiting for you 24-hours a day, by calling valet prior to your departure time. • The Resort Fee entitles you to receive WiFi internet access for an unlimited number of devices, two Wynn Fitness Center passes per day, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, VIP line pass to Wynn and Encore nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge, VIP line pass to The Buffet at Wynn for up to four guests and guaranteed best available show tickets when purchased through Wynn Concierge.

• This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Tower King and Double, Wynn Executive, Wynn Parlor, and Wynn Salon.

• Amenities are subject to change without notice prior to the guest's arrival.

ENCORE TOWER SUITES RESORT FEE AND PARKING INFORMATION

• The Resort Fee entitles you to receive WiFi internet access for an unlimited number of devices, two Encore Fitness Center passes per day, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, VIP line pass to Wynn and Encore nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge, VIP line pass to The Buffet at Wynn for up to four guests and guaranteed best available show tickets when purchased through Wynn Concierge.

• This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Encore Tower King and Queen, Encore Parlor, and Encore Salon.

OTHER POLICIES

This offer is non-transferable, with the exception of Wynn Insider offers may not be combined with any other offer and has no cash value. Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations and is non-commissionable. Offer is only valid when booking direct via wynnlasvegas.com or the Wynn Las Vegas Room Reservations department. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. A deposit of the first night of room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. For all reservations staying through December 31, the deposit is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Any reservations made with arrival 1/6/20 through 1/8/20 have a full deposit and 2 week cancel policy applied. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and tax plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age. Wynn Las Vegas™ reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this offer at its sole discretion.
