DEPOSIT POLICY

We require a deposit of one night’s room and tax, which will be charged at the time of confirming your reservation. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. For all reservations staying through December 31, the remaining balance will be charged no earlier than 30 days prior to your arrival, in which the case the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable. Any reservations made with arrival 1/7/18 through 1/11/18 must have full payment for all room and tax required at time of booking.

CANCELLATION POLICY

For reservations booked prior to November 28, 2016, cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. For reservations booked November 28, 2016 or later, cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. For all reservations staying through December 31, the deposit is fully refundable upon notice of cancellation at least 30 days prior to the arrival date. Early departures will be subject to a penalty fee equal to the room rate and tax for the night on which the guest departed early if notice is not received prior to check-in. Cancellations must be made two weeks prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiting your deposit for any reservations made with arrival 1/7/18 through 1/11/18.

WYNN AND ENCORE RESORT FEE AND PARKING INFORMATION

• A daily Resort Fee of $39 plus tax will be added to your room account. The total shown on your online reservation itemizes the Resort Fee charge, but you are not charged for the Resort Fee until your arrival.

• The Resort Fee entitles you to receive WiFi internet access for four devices, two Wynn Fitness Center passes per day, unlimited local and domestic long-distance calls, access to more than 2,000 national and international digital daily newspapers and magazines, and priority access to Wynn and Encore nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn concierge.

• This Resort Fee is only applicable to reservations for the following room types: Wynn Deluxe Resort King, Wynn Deluxe Resort Double, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic View King, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic View Double, Wynn Deluxe Panoramic Corner View, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Queen, Encore Resort Panoramic View King and Encore Resort Panoramic View Queen.

OTHER POLICIES

• There will be a $50 surcharge added for each guest exceeding 2 in a room.

• Check-in time after 3 p.m., check-out time before 12 p.m.

• Guest must be at least 21 years of age for check-in.

• There is a 14 day maximum stay restriction for all reservations.

• Bed type and smoking preference are not guaranteed except for Resort Suite Double Queen and Panoramic Suite Double Queen reservations at Encore.

• There is a limit of three rooms for each reservation made online. For all inquiries of four rooms or more please contact room reservations.

PROMOTIONAL RESERVATIONS

In addition to these terms and conditions, reservations booked under a Promotion are subject to additional terms and conditions. If the terms and conditions of the Promotion conflict with these terms and conditions, the terms and conditions of the Promotion will govern.
