$300,000 Poker Tournament

Terms & Conditions 

May 15-17, 2025

  1. The $300,000 Poker Tournament  is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members who have a minimum of $25,000 in either i) front money on deposit or ii) a credit line, at Wynn Las Vegas prior to registering for the $300,000 Poker Tournament . Credit customers must clear their credit balances prior to the start of the $300,000 Poker Tournament  in order to be eligible to participate. Reservations are limited and based on availability.
  2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the  $300,000 Poker Tournament  in its sole discretion.
  3. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to include up to fifteen (15) additional players in the  $300,000 Poker Tournament  in its sole discretion. 
  4. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse entry or disqualify any person before, during or after the $300,000 Poker Tournament .
  5. Registration for the  $300,000 Poker Tournament  will take place from 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025, in Encore Players Lounge, located at Encore Las Vegas. 
  6. Participants who purchase the available one (1) Re-Buy and two (2) Add-Ons for the main Poker Tournament, prior to the start of the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament , will automatically be entered into the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament taking place at 7:30 p.m. on Friday, May 16, 2025. 
  7. Participants can earn one (1) drawing ticket for the Final Table Drawing taking place at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025, for every rated $12,500 in Theoretical Win or $25,000 in Quick Loss, as recorded in Wynn Las Vegas’ Patron Management System, from Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. through Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (the “Drawing Earning Period”).
  8. The main Poker Tournament will start at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, May 17, 2025.
  9. Any vendor or immediate family member of a vendor who provides promotional items for a tournament, promotion or drawing shall be prohibited from participating in that activity.
  10. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts ® , its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are not permitted to win prizes in the $300,000 Poker Tournament .
  11. All prizes will be paid in either Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable, bet-until-you-lose, promotional chips (“Promotional Chips”) or Wynn Las Vegas FREE CREDIT (“FREE CREDIT ”). Winners will be required to immediately choose between receiving their prize in Promotional Chips or FREE CREDIT . If a winner does not choose their prize by the end of the $300,000 Poker Tournament  on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at approximately 6:00 p.m., their prize will be paid in Promotional Chips.
  12. Promotional Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promotional Chips can continue until lost. Promotional Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promotional Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promotional Chip is retained as a tip, the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promotional Chips.
  13. A wager made with Promotional Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.
  14. FREE CREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details. 
  15. FREE CREDIT prizes are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, June 16, 2025.
  16. Winners are responsible for verifying prize payment amounts prior to signing prize payout slips and accepting prizes.
  17. Players and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
  18. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.
  19. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel or modify the $300,000 Poker Tournament  or any element thereof at any time, for any reason and without prior notice or liability.
  20. Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn behavior standards can be accessed at  www.wynnlasvegas.com . In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the $300,000 Poker Tournament  and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the  $300,000 Poker Tournament .
  21. The $300,000 Poker Tournament  and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.

Poker Tournament

May 15-17, 2025

  1. The Poker Tournament is limited to invited guests who have registered for the $300,000 Poker Tournament .
  2. Each player will have his or her table and table position drawn for the Poker Tournament at Registration. Each player will be issued a Table Assignment Card that must be presented to Tournament Staff at their assigned table prior to the commencement of play.
  3. The Poker Tournament will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. at Encore Players Lounge, located at Encore Las Vegas.
  4. A minimum of thirty (30) participants is required for the  Poker Tournament  to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel or modify the prize structure of the  Poker Tournament  in its sole discretion without notice or liability.
  5. The number of tables used will be determined by the total number of players. There will be a maximum of ten (10) players per table. Tournament Staff shall use its best efforts to uniformly distribute the number of players per table. Tables are coordinated.
  6. Each player will start with 25,000 in tournament chips. Tournament chips may not be used for any other purpose and must be returned to Wynn Las Vegas at the end of the tournament. Tournament chips have no cash value. 
  7. Players can purchase a Re-buy one (1) time for $1,000, using cash or Wynn Las Vegas live gaming chips, for an additional 25,000 in tournament chips prior to the start of Level 6 of the Poker Tournament . Each Re-buy purchase will go to the house.
  8. Players can purchase up to two (2) Add-ons, each for $1,000, using cash or Wynn Las Vegas live gaming chips. Players who purchase Add-on #1 will receive an additional 30,000 in tournament chips. Players who purchase Add-on #2 will receive an additional 35,000 in tournament chips. Players must purchase the Re-buy before Add-on #1 in order to be eligible to purchase Add-on #1 and must purchase Add-on #1 in order to be eligible to purchase Add-on #2. Add-ons may be purchased prior to the start of Level 6 of the Poker Tournament . Each Add-on purchase will be added to the Poker Tournament prize pool and divided among the top ten (10) places. 
  9. If not already redeemed, pre-purchased Re-buy or Add-on Chips must be used on the next hand once the player loses all of their current chips. All Re-Buy and Add-On chips must be redeemed by the start of the 6th round. A player who does not have Re-buy or Add-on chips available and is eligible to purchase a Re-Buy or Add-on, must purchase one immediately after they are out of chips or they will be eliminated from the tournament. Players with zero chips remaining are not permitted to miss a hand and will be eliminated from the tournament if a hand is missed.
  10. If no Add-ons are purchased, the prize pool will not be increased.
  11. If a player purchases their one (1) Re-buy and two (2) Add-ons prior to playing their first hand in the Poker Tournament they will receive an additional 25,000 in tournament chips.
  12. The Poker Tournament  will use a No-Limit Texas Hold ?em Standard format. 
  13. Standard Poker Tournament Directors Association and Wynn Las Vegas poker rules apply unless in conflict with the Poker Tournament rules, in which case the Poker Tournament rules shall prevail.
  14. The Floor Person or Tournament Director is to consider the best interests of the game and fairness as the top priority in the decision-making process. 
  15. Unusual circumstances can, on occasion, dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical interpretation of the rules.
  16. A player must be at their seat by the time the second card hits the dealer button on the initial dealing round or the player will have a dead hand. “At their seat” means within reach of the player’s chair.
  17. In the event a player is not in their seat once tournament play begins, they will be blinded off until they arrive or until the start of Level 6, whichever occurs first. If at the start of Level 6 the player has still not arrived, their tournament chips will be removed from play and the player will be eliminated.
  18. In the event a player is not in their seat once Final Table play begins, they will be blinded off until they arrive or until the start of Level 3, whichever occurs first. If at the start of Level 3 the player has still not arrived, their tournament chips will be removed from play and the player will be eliminated and they will be awarded the last place prize.
  19. When raising, the player must either put the amount of the raise out in one motion or state their raise amount.  If the player states the amount, the player may make more than one motion. 
  20. All cards will be turned face up once a player is all-in and all action is complete.
  21. A player who exposes his cards during the play may incur a penalty but will not have his hand killed. 
  22. Anytime when facing a bet or a blind, placing a single oversized tournament chip in the pot is a call if a raise is not first verbally declared. To raise with an oversized tournament chip, raise must be declared before the tournament chip hits the table surface. If raise is declared (but no amount), the raise is the maximum allowable for that tournament chip. When not facing a bet or a blind, placing an oversized tournament chip in the pot without declaration is a bet of the maximum for that tournament chip.
  23. Verbal declarations as to the content of a player's hand are not binding; however, at management's discretion, any player deliberately miscalling his hand may be penalized.
  24. Verbal declarations in turn are binding. Action out of turn may be binding. 
  25. Dealers cannot kill a winning hand that was turned face up and was the winning hand. 
  26. If a dealer kills an unprotected hand, the player will have no redress and will not be entitled to his money back.
  27. All tournament chips must be visibly displayed at all times. Players shall not have tournament chips out of sight at any time. A player who has tournament chips in his/her pocket will forfeit those tournament chips.
  28. A player who wants to talk on a cellular phone or use a handheld telecommunications device must step away from the table. Players may not use cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices while the player has a hand in play. No cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices will be allowed at the final table. At the Tournament Director’s discretion, this rule may be extended to other periods of tournament play.
  29. Friendly conversation is permitted during the tournament, but coaching is NOT allowed. Communication, either verbal or visual (e.g., signaling), will not be permitted between players and spectators. Failure to comply may result in penalties including disqualification and forfeiture of any prize money.
  30. A player may not use profane, abusive or derogatory language at or about another player or any member of the Tournament Staff.  In Tournament Director’s sole discretion, failure to comply may result in penalties up to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize. 
  31. English is the official tournament language. Conversations between players in any other language will not be permitted while a hand is in play. Failure to comply may result in penalties up to disqualification and forfeiture of any prize.
  32. A penalty MAY be invoked if a player exposes any card with action pending, throws a card off the table, violates the one-player-to-a-hand rule, or similar incidents take place. Penalties WILL be invoked in cases of soft play, abuse, or disruptive behavior. Penalties available to the Tournament Director or Floor Person include verbal warnings and “missed hand” penalties. Except for a one-hand penalty, missed hand penalties will be assessed as follows: the offender will miss one hand for every player, including the offender, who is at the table when the penalty is given multiplied by the number of rounds specified in the penalty. For the period of the penalty, the offender shall remain away from the table but will continue to be dealt in. Tournament Director or Floor Person can assess a one-hand penalty, one-round, two-round, three-round, four-round penalty or disqualification. A player who is disqualified shall have his or her tournament chips removed from play. Repeat infractions are subject to escalating penalties.
  33. Collusion between players will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.
  34. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to suspend the Poker Tournament for review purposes in the event a tournament chip count has been conducted and Wynn Las Vegas Management believes the tournament chip count has been compromised. 
  35. Smoking is NOT permitted at the tournament tables.
  36. No substitute players will be allowed.
  37. In case of a dispute, it is the player’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of the Tournament Director or Floor Person before the next hand is dealt.
  38. A player may be eliminated from play if the player is in violation of any of the tournament rules, or the player voluntarily withdraws.

The Poker Tournament structure is based on 48 participants and is subject to change based upon the actual number of participants. The number of Levels, time of play or blind amounts are not set and may be adjusted based on Poker Tournament pace and the number of players advancing.

All Poker Tournament prizes will be awarded in the form of either Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT.  The Poker Tournament Prize structure is based on 48 participants.  Minimum 30 participants are required. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change based on the actual number of participants. All purchased Add-Ons will be added to the prize structure.

Final Table Drawing

  1. The Final Table Drawing is limited to registered participants of the  $300,000 Poker Tournament.  Participants will receive one (1) Final Table Drawing ticket per every rated $12,500 in Theoretical Win or $25,000 in Quick Loss, as recorded in Wynn Las Vegas’ Patron Management System from Thursday, May 15, 2025, at 12:01 a.m. through Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (the “Drawing Earning Period”), to be used for entry into the Final Table Drawing. 
  2. For table games ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Wynn Rewards card at a table game to initiate player ratings.
  3. For slot machine ratings, participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards card. It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly. Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards card will not be included in the Final Table Drawing ticket earning.
  4. Ratings will be officially earned only after a participant’s gaming session is complete. For slot play a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s Wynn Rewards card is removed. 
  5. Participants and any linked accounts may not combine their ratings to increase eligibility for the Final Table Drawing. Participants must qualify for their own ticket earning based upon their individual casino play. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database. 
  6. Final Table Drawing tickets will automatically be entered into the drawing drum by Tournament Staff.
  7. The Final Table Drawing will take place on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. (approx.) at Encore Players Lounge, located at Encore Las Vegas.
  8. Players must be present for the Final Table Drawing in order to be eligible to win.
  9. A minimum of two (2) eligible players must be present for the Final Table Drawing in order for the Final Table Drawing to take place.
  10. One (1) Final Table Drawing ticket will be drawn from the drawing drum. If a player’s name is drawn and they are not present, another drawing ticket will be drawn until one (1) eligible player is selected. 
  11. Players are eligible to win only one (1) prize during the Final Table Drawing.
  12. Final Table Drawing winner will be awarded a seat at the Final Table of the Poker Tournament  and will be given tournament chips that equal the average tournament chip stack of the remaining players at the Final Table. 
  13. Final Table Drawing tickets and prizes are non-transferable.
  14. If the winner of the Final Table Drawing has purchased the Re-Buy and any Add-On(s) for the Poker Tournament, that player will not be eligible to use the Re-Buy or Add-On(s) and will receive a full refund.

$50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament

Friday, May 16, 2025

  1. The $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  is limited to invited guests who have registered for the $300,000 Poker Tournament  and who have purchased one (1) Re-buy and two (2) Add-ons prior to the start of the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament .
  2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  in its sole discretion.
  3. The $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  will take place on Friday, May 16, 2025, at 7:30 p.m. at Encore Players Lounge, located at Encore Las Vegas.
  4. If a minimum number of twenty (20) players is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  without notice. In the event that the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  is cancelled, the $50,000  prize will be divided among the top ten (10) places of the Poker Tournament  at Wynn Las Vegas’ sole discretion; the automatic seat at the Final Table will not be awarded. 
  5. Each player will have their table and table position drawn prior to the start of the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament . Each player will be issued a Table Assignment Card that must be presented to Tournament Staff at their assigned table prior to the commencement of play. Tables are coordinated. 
  6. Each player will start with 10,000 in tournament chips. Tournament chips may not be used for any other purpose and must be returned to Wynn Las Vegas at the end of the tournament. Tournament chips have no cash value.
  7. There will be no Re-buys or Add-ons allowed in the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament.
  8. The last remaining player with Tournament Chips will win the prize of the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  and will automatically advance to the Final Table of the Poker Tournament with tournament chips that equal the average tournament chip stack of the remaining players in the field at the Final Table.
  9. If the winner of the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  has purchased the Re-Buy and any Add-On(s) for the Poker Tournament, that player will not be eligible to use the Re-Buy or Add-On(s) and will receive a full refund.
  10. The $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament  will use a No-Limit Texas Hold ?em freeze-out format. There will be a redraw for seating and a redraw for the button placement at the final table. Tournament play will use a dead button.
  11. Standard Poker Tournament Directors Association and Wynn Las Vegas poker rules apply unless in conflict with the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament rules, in which case the $50,000 Winner-Takes-All Warm-Up Tournament rules shall prevail.

Players may not use cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices while the player has a hand in play. No cellphones or handheld telecommunications devices will be allowed at the final table.
