Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway
Terms & Conditions
September 1 – October 31, 2016

1. To participate in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway, participants must be invited Red Card members who have confirmed their participation in the event with their Wynn Las Vegas marketing executive.

2. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway in its sole discretion.

3. Registered participants will be eligible to earn slot points for the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway while playing slots with their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas from 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, September 1, 2016 through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016 (the “Earning Period”).

4. Participants who earn at least 50,000 slot points on their Red Card account during the Earning Period will be eligible to receive a complimentary Interior stateroom for two (2) on a Princess Cruise.

5. Participants who earn at least 75,000 slot points on their Red Card account during the Earning Period will be eligible to receive a complimentary Ocean View stateroom for two (2) on a Princess Cruise.

6. Participants who earn at least 100,000 slot points on their Red Card account during the Earning Period will be eligible to receive a complimentary Balcony stateroom for two (2) on a Princess Cruise.

7. Participants who earn 125,000 or more slot points on their Red Card account during the Earning Period will be eligible to receive a complimentary Mini-Suite stateroom for two (2) on a Princess Cruise .

8. Qualified participants must claim their Cruise Voucher from their Marketing Executive by Monday, November 7, 2016. No exceptions.

9. Participant must wait a minimum of seven (7) days following receipt of the Cruise Voucher before booking Cruise passage.

10. Qualified participants must call 844.249.9590 Monday - Friday, 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. (PT), or Saturday – Sunday, 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (PT), by Tuesday, February 7, 2017 to redeem their Cruise Voucher and book their Princess Cruise.

11. Cruise Vouchers must be redeemed by February 7, 2017 or the prize will be forfeited and the Cruise Voucher will be void. All travel related to the redemption of the Cruise Voucher must be completed by October 31, 2017. No exceptions.

12. Cruise Vouchers are valid for a Princess Cruise with a duration ranging between three (3) and fifteen (15) days to the following destinations: Caribbean, California Coastal, Mexico, Alaska, Canada/New England, Hawaii, Panama Canal, Europe or Alaska. Most holiday sailings are excluded. Additional blackout dates may apply.

13. Participants, including linked accounts, are eligible to earn only one (1) Cruise Voucher collectively. Points accumulated from a linked account are only eligible for redemption on the invited participant’s account.

14. Points earned during another Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas tournament, special event or promotion during the Earning Period utilized by a participant will count towards the participant’s point requirement for the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

15. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.

16. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

17. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

18. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer.

19. The Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway prize applies to cruise fare for the qualifying participant and one (1) guest only. Qualified participants and their travel guest are responsible for all related travel to and from the participant’s closest major domestic airport and the Cruise, for transfers between the airports and the ship on the each day of embarkation and disembarkation, taxes, fees and ports expenses, and for all on-board expenses not otherwise included herein.

20. The Cruise is valid only for the guests named on the tickets for the date and ship indicated.

21. The Cruise includes all normal shipboard services and facilities, plus all non-alcoholic beverages, select wines and liquors, gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff, plus cruise port, security and handling charges, and fuel surcharges. Additional services including but not limited to shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, laundry or valet service, or any item or service whatsoever of a personal nature, such as medical treatment, massage, and spa services are not included.

22. Cruise participants and their travel guest are responsible for verifying what identification documents will be required for all related travel to, during and from the Cruise.

23. Cruise participants and their travel guests are responsible for all fees associated with obtaining a passport, visas and any other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation.

24. Travel insurance is not included with the Cruise, and is the responsibility of the qualifying participants should they choose to purchase it.

25. Cruise participants and their travel guest are responsible for any costs or fees that may be incurred as a result of changes, cancellations or delays associated with the Cruise or any travel related to the Cruise.

26. Cruise participants and their guest must execute a full and complete release of Wynn Las Vegas and its affiliates prior to travel.

27. Cruise participants and their travel guest are required to be on board the Cruise ship at least two (2) hours before departure time. At the time of embarkation participants and their travel guest are responsible for having received all medical inoculations necessary for the voyage and having in their possession the ticket, valid passport, visas and other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation. If someone does not have proper documentation, they will not be allowed to board the Cruise ship and their Cruise prize will be forfeited.

29. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

30. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.

31. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged.

32. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

33. Any vendor, or immediate family member of a vendor, who provides promotional items for the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway shall be prohibited from participating in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

34. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.

35. Prior to the start of the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

36. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway are final.

37. Collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the Wynn Slot Cruise Voucher Giveaway.
