Double Luck Giveaway
Terms & Conditions
February 3-9, 2020

1. The Double Luck Giveaway is limited to invited guests who are Red Card members and have a confirmed reservation for the Double Luck Giveaway based on their individual offer. Reservations are limited and based on availability.

2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Double Luck Giveaway in its sole discretion.

3. Registered participants will be awarded i) tickets for the Lucky Drawing and ii) Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT “) when they earn points while playing slots with their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”) from 12:01 a.m. on Monday, February 3, 2020 through 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 (the “Earning Period”).

4. Participants who earn between 1 point and 5,000 slot points during the Earning Period will be awarded one (1) Lucky Drawing ticket and $250 in FREECREDIT.

5. Participants who earn between 5,001 slot points and 10,000 slot points during the Earning Period will be awarded an additional three (3) Lucky Drawing tickets and $250 in FREECREDIT.

6. Participants who earn between 10,001 slot points and 35,000 slot points during the Earning Period will be awarded an additional five (5) Lucky Drawing tickets and $500 in FREECREDIT.

7. Participants who earn between 35,001 slot points and 75,000 slot points during the Earning Period will be awarded an additional (8) Lucky Drawing tickets and $1,500 in FREECREDIT

8. Participants who earn 75,000 slot points or more during the Earning Period will be awarded an additional ten (10) Lucky Drawing tickets and $2,500 in FREECREDIT.

9. Registered participants will need to activate their awarded FREECREDIT by visiting any Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Red Card Desk. FREECREDITT must be activated by no later than 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 and will be valid for 72 hours after activation. Any FREECREDIT not activated by the deadline or not used within 72 hours of activation will be forfeited.

10. The Lucky Drawing will be held at 11 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020 at the Encore Red Card Desk, located on the Encore Casino Floor. Participants must be present to be eligible to win the Lucky Drawing prizes. No exceptions.

11. Lucky Drawing ticket pick-up is available at the Encore Red Card Desk located on the Encore Casino Floor from 10:00 a.m. through 10:59 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

12. Participants are responsible for depositing their own Lucky Drawing tickets into the drawing drum prior to the start of the Lucky Drawing at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

13. The drawing drum will be placed at the Encore Red Card Desk located on the Encore Casino Floor beginning at 10:00 a.m. through 11:00 a.m. on Sunday, February 9, 2020.

14. Participants and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own slot play to be eligible to earn drawing tickets; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility for drawing tickets. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

15. Drawing ticket pick-up for the Lucky Drawing must be completed by the registered or linked account participant only. Neither Wynn Las Vegas or Encore employees nor any individual other than the registered or linked account participant may pick-up drawing tickets on behalf of registered participants.

16. Five (5) Lucky Drawing tickets will be drawn from the drawing drum during the Lucky Drawing.

17. Winners will be drawn in descending order, beginning with the first-choice winner, second-choice winner, and so on. If a participant’s drawing ticket is drawn and the participant is not present or has already been selected, a new drawing ticket will be drawn until an eligible participant’s drawing ticket is selected.

18. Participants are eligible to win only one (1) prize in the Lucky Drawing. Once an account has won a prize during the Lucky Drawing, all other Lucky Drawing tickets associated with that account will be deemed void.

19. Winners of the Lucky Drawing prizes will need to contact their Casino Marketing Executive to redeem their prize. All prizes must be used by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.

20. Five (5) winners will win a two (2) night stay at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore at Wynn Las Vegas with a $500 RESORTCREDIT. Additional terms and conditions for Lucky Drawing Prize Packages can be found at www.visitwynn.com/terms/privategiveaway.

21. FREECREDIT prizes are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 and any unused FREECREDIT will be forfeited.

22. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

23. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.

24. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

25. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not earn points in the Double Luck Giveaway.

26. Points will be officially earned only after a participant’s, and any linked account’s, gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s or linked account’s Red Card is removed.

27. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

28. All prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or exchanged.

29. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees in addition to completing all applicable forms acknowledging receipt of their prize.

30. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Double Luck Giveaway.

31. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer.

32. Private arrangements or collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the Double Luck Giveaway.

33. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Double Luck Giveaway.

34. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Double Luck Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

35. The Double Luck Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be final.
