1. To open a Wynn Las Vegas Sports Wagering Account (“Wagering Account”), patrons must be a Wynn Rewards member and appear in person before a representative of the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book located inside Wynn Las Vegas to complete and sign the Wynn Las Vegas Sports Wagering Account Application.
2. Wagering Accounts may only be used by the person named on the Wagering Account (the “Account Holder”). Representatives or agents are not allowed.
3. Account Holders must provide a valid government issued photo identification.
4. All Wagering Account transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals, account information changes or account closures must be conducted in person at the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book by the Account Holder.
5. A minimum initial deposit of $100 in cash, Wynn Las Vegas casino chips, or Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book chips is required to open a Wagering Account.  
6. Account Holder will be provided a unique Wagering Account number and secure personal identification code.  It is the Account Holder’s responsibility to safeguard and protect their account access information.  Wynn Las Vegas is not liable for any losses arising out of, or related to, the use of the Wagering Account by any person other than the Account Holder. Account Holder is responsible for all wagers placed from the Wagering Account.
7. Wagering Account activity may only be conducted through the Wynn Sports Nevada mobile application (“Wynn Sports NV App”).
8. Account Holders must download the Wynn Sports NV App from either the App Store for Apple devices or from the Google Play store for Android devices. 
9. The Wynn Sports NV App is currently supported on iOS 9.0 and above and the Android OS version 5.0 and above.
10. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred by Account Holder including, but not limited to, cell phone usage, data charges, text charges, remote access fees and other overages incurred using the Wynn Sports NV App.
11. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any damage to Account Holder’s mobile device, or its operating system, which may result from using the Wynn Sports NV App.
12. The Wynn Sports NV App is subject to separate terms and conditions.
13. Wagers will only be accepted from within the State of Nevada. Wynn Las Vegas is prohibited by law from accepting wagers that originate from out of the State of Nevada.
14. Wagers will only be accepted during Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book operating hours, which may be adjusted from time to time by Wynn Las Vegas in its sole discretion. 
15. Wagers will be deducted directly from the Account Holder’s Wagering Account balance.  Winnings from wagers will be credited directly to Account Holder’s Wagering Account. 
16. All wagers must be a minimum of $5.00. Wagers exceeding the Account Holder’s Wagering Account balance or the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book established betting limits will not be accepted. 
17. A wager is not considered placed until the Account Holder has verified and confirmed the wager.  Once a wager has been placed, it cannot be modified, canceled or voided.   
18. All applicable taxes are the responsibility of Account Holder.  Winnings will not be released to a Wagering Account until all applicable tax forms are completed and received by the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book.  
19. All applicable Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book house rules apply and may be changed, subject to regulatory approval, at any time without prior notice or liability.
20. Upon reasonable request and consistent with Wynn Las Vegas’ internal control policies, Wynn Las Vegas shall provide each patron with a statement of account showing each wagering account deposit, withdrawal, credit, and debit made during the time period reported by the account statement.
21. For all wagers, Wynn Las Vegas is required to make a voice, print, electronic or other approved record of the entire transaction and shall not accept any such wager if the recording system is inoperable.  The transaction of record will be the Account Holder’s confirmation of the wager.  Such records are made available to the Nevada Gaming Control Board (“Board”) upon request.      
22. Wagering Accounts will be suspended after sixteen (16) months without wagering activity.  To re-activate a suspended Wagering Account, the Account Holder must appear in person at the Wynn Las Vegas Race & Sports Book with valid, government issued photo identification.  Any unclaimed funds remaining in a suspended account may be forfeited and/or remitted as required by applicable state laws and regulations.  To prevent your Wagering Account from becoming dormant, you can log into your Wagering Account, make a withdrawal, a deposit, or a wager. 
23. Account Holders must be at least 21 years of age or older.
24. Account Holders must confirm that they are not currently self-excluded from Wynn Las Vegas and are not on the list of excluded persons established pursuant to NRS 463.151 and Regulation 28.
25. Wynn Las Vegas, in its sole and absolute discretion, has the right to: (a) refuse the establishment of any Wagering Account; (b) refuse to accept any deposit to a Wagering Account; (c) refuse to accept any, or part of any, wager placed from a Wagering Account; (d) declare that any or all wagers will no longer be received; and (e) unless there is a pending Board investigation or patron dispute, suspend or close a Wagering Account at any time.
26. Except as otherwise expressly provided, Wynn Las Vegas shall keep confidential the following: (a) the amount of money credited to, debited from, or present in any particular Account Holder’s Wagering Account; (b) the amount of money wagered by a particular Account Holder on any game or gaming device; (c) the account number and secure personal identification method that identifies the Account Holder; (d) the identities of particular entries on which an Account Holder is wagering or has wagered; and (e) the name, address, and other information in Wynn Las Vegas’ possession that would identify the Account Holder to anyone other than the Board or Wynn Las Vegas.  The aforementioned information shall be shared with the Board and with financial institutions participating in a program established in accordance with Section 314(b) of the USA Patriot Act; and may be shared with a licensed affiliate of Wynn Las Vegas, any person who has been issued a nonrestricted license for an establishment where Wynn Las Vegas operates a race book or sports pool, and as authorized by the Account Holder or as otherwise required by law.
27. Employees of Wynn Resorts® and its subsidiaries, as well as relatives of Wynn Las Vegas Race and Sports Book employees, are not permitted to have a Wagering Account.  
28. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend a Wagering Account in its sole discretion without prior notice or liability.
29. These Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the Wagering Accounts shall be deemed final.
