Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion
Terms & Conditions
January 1 – December 22, 2016

1. The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion is limited to invited guests who are a Red Card member and is based on their individual offer.

2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion in its sole discretion.

3. Beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Friday, January 1, 2016 through 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016, participants invited for The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion will be awarded $.01 (one cent) in FREECREDIT for every slot point earned on a participant’s Red Card that is 90% - 149% of their total Red Card slot points earned in 2015 and $.015 (one and a half cent) in FREECREDIT for every slot point earned on a participant’s Red Card that is 150% or greater than their total Red Card slot points earned in 2015.

4. Maximum FREECREDIT redemption amount is $25,000.

5. Red Card points for The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion may not be earned after 12:00 p.m. on Monday, October 31, 2016. No exceptions.

6. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

7. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not earn points.

8. Linked account participants may qualify on their cumulative slot play to be eligible for FREECREDIT under the Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion.

9. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database and share the same address.

10. Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s Red Card is removed.

11. FREECREDIT awarded as part of The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion is redeemable only from 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, November 20, 2016 through 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, December 22, 2016 in conjunction with a trip to Wynn Las Vegas based upon the participant’s individual offer and subject to the Redemption Offer Terms and Conditions below. Participants must obtain a confirmation number confirming their reservation based on their individual offer for redemption.

12. Redemption Offer Terms and Conditions: Reservations are limited to Wynn Las Vegas Deluxe Resort King Rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to 14 consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select dates from Sunday, November 20, 2016, through Thursday, December 22, 2016. Blackout dates may apply. Consecutive reservations may not be booked for this promotion. Three (3) night minimum stay is required to receive FREECREDIT. Complimentary stay is limited to three (3) complimentary room nights offered herein and any additional room nights will be charged from $129 per night Sunday through Thursday and from $219 per night Friday and Saturday. Complimentary upgrade to an Encore Resort Suite King at the time of reservation is based on availability. If room nights are purchased beyond the three (3) complimentary room nights offered herein, reservations booked prior to August 1, 2016, will be charged a daily resort fee of $32 plus tax; reservations booked on or after August 1, 2016, will be charged a daily resort fee of $35 plus tax. The resort fee will apply to each complimentary and purchased room night, which will be added to your room account and entitles you to receive complimentary fitness center access for two (2) each day, local and long distance phone calls, access to digital daily newspapers and magazines, priority access to Wynn nightclubs for tickets purchased through Wynn Concierge, and in-room Internet access. Additional amenities may be provided for certain room types. If you book online, the total shown for your online reservation does not include this daily fee. FREECREDIT is only available for use on select Wynn Las Vegas and Encore slot machines; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details. Any unused FREECREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout and will not be refunded. Additional complimentaries may be awarded to guests who earn at least 5,000 points per day on slots or have at least 4 hours of table play at $250 average bet per day during their stay. Redemption offer, including FREECREDIT, is non-transferable, is not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion, and has no cash value. Redemption offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. A $50 surcharge per guest will be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. If room nights are purchased beyond the three (3) complimentary room nights offered herein, a deposit of the first night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room (if applicable), resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.

13. In case of a dispute, it is the participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of Wynn Las Vegas Management immediately.

14. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

15. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

16. Private arrangements or collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion.

17. FREECREDIT is only available for use on select Wynn Las Vegas and Encore slot machines; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details. Any unused FREECREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout and will not be refunded.

18. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify or change The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

19. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion.

20. The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

21. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion.

22. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of The Red Card Rewards FREECREDIT Promotion are final.
