$125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend
Terms & Conditions
March 11 – 14, 2015

1. Participants must be invited Red Card members that are residents of Clark County, Nevada with valid photo identification issued by the State of Nevada who enter the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend and obtain a confirmation number confirming their tournament reservation, based on their individual offer.

2. Participants registered for the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend will be awarded one (1) drawing ticket for every 500 slot points earned on their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015 through 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

3. On Wednesday, March 11, 2015 from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. only, participants will earn triple tickets for every 500 slot points earned on their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

4. On Friday, March 13, 2015 from 12:01 a.m. to 11:59 p.m. only, participants will earn double tickets for every 500 slot points earned on their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.

5. Tickets may not be earned after 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

6. Ticket redemption will take place at the Encore Red Card desk only, during Red Card desk operating hours from Wednesday, March 11, 2015 through 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Tickets may not be redeemed after 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

7. The Drawing Drum will be placed at Encore Red Card desk beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday, March 11, 2015. The Drawing Drum will be moved to the Tournament Arena, located in the Encore Casino near Society Café at Encore, prior to the start of the Final Drawing at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

8. Participants are responsible for depositing their drawing tickets into the Drawing Drum prior to the start of the Thursday Preliminary Drawing at Encore Red Card desk at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 5, 2015. All tickets not drawn will remain in the drum for the Friday Preliminary Drawing.

9. Participants are responsible for depositing any additional earned drawing tickets into the Drawing Drum prior to the start of the Friday Preliminary Drawing at Encore Red Card desk at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, March 13, 2015. All tickets not drawn will remain in the drum for the Final Drawing.

10. Participants are responsible for depositing any additional earned drawing tickets into the Drawing Drum prior to the start of the Final Drawing at the Tournament Arena at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015. All tickets not drawn will remain in the drum for the drawing of participants for the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament immediately following the Final Drawing.

11. Ticket printing must be completed by the registered or linked account participant only. Neither Wynn Las Vegas or Encore employees nor any individual other than the registered or linked account participant may print tickets on behalf of registered participants; no exceptions.

12. Linked account participants are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database and share the same address.

13. The Final Drawing will take place in the Tournament Arena at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 14, 2015.

14. Immediately following the Final Drawing, a total of twenty (20) unique participants will be selected from the drawing drum to participate in the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament.

15. The Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament will commence in the Tournament Arena immediately following the conclusion of the Final Drawing on Saturday, March 14, 2015 at 3:00 p.m.

16. Participants must be present to play. Failure to be present will eliminate the participant from participation in the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament.

17. Each participant of the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament will play one (1) three (3) minute round. Each participant’s score will be determined by the number of points registered on the participant’s assigned slot machine at the end of the round. All scores will be recorded.

18. In the event of a machine malfunction, a participant will be allowed to replay their round. However, it is participant’s responsibility to immediately notify tournament personnel if a machine malfunction occurs.

19. Each participant will automatically start with a score of 10,000.

20. Scores will be determined by the number of points registered on each participant’s assigned slot machine at the end of the three (3) minute round.

21. Participants must verify their score at the conclusion of their round by signing their score sheet. This will indicate that the proper score for the round has been recorded. Failure to sign the score sheet will automatically disqualify the participant from tournament play.

22. The winner of the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament will be determined by the order of finish, and will be announced immediately following the conclusion of the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament in the Tournament Area.

23. In the event of a tie during the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament, the tied participants will equally split the grand prize. No additional prize money will be awarded.

24. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.

25. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

26. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in drawing ticket redemption.

27. Winners must be present at the giveaway drawing(s) to be eligible to win their prize. There will be no exceptions.

28. Participants can win multiple prizes throughout the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend promotion but only one (1) prize in the Thursday Preliminary Drawing, one (1) prize in the Friday Preliminary Drawing, one (1) prize in the Final Drawing, one (1) entry to the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament, and one (1) prize in the Winner-Takes-All Slot Tournament. Once an account (including linked accounts) has won a prize in one of the drawings, all other tickets associated with that account will be deemed void for the remainder of that drawing and a new ticket will be drawn until an eligible participant’s ticket is drawn. However, any additional tickets of the winning participant(s) will remain in the drum and active for any subsequent drawings.

29. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

30. FREECREDIT prizes are valid until Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at 11:59 p.m.

31. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

32. Prizes are not redeemable for cash.

33. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

34. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend.

35. Prior to the start of the giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

36. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend are final.

37. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend.

38. Private arrangements between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the $125,000 Las Vegas Winners Weekend.
