Created through a multi-year partnership between Wynn Las Vegas and Chef's Table, Wynn Revelry is an immersive celebration of food, hospitality, and storytelling. Rather than simply watching acclaimed chefs on screen, guests step inside the experience through intimate tastings, demonstrations, conversations, and large-scale dining events that bring the Chef's Table universe to life.
Throughout the weekend, internationally recognized chefs, restaurateurs, and culinary personalities gather across the resort for experiences ranging from behind-the-scenes master classes to spectacular multi-chef dinners that could only happen in Las Vegas.
The Icons Buffet
The weekend begins Friday evening with The Icons Buffet, an ambitious reimagining of one of Las Vegas' most iconic dining traditions.
Eighty years after the city's first buffet debuted at El Rancho Vegas, Wynn transforms The Buffet into an extraordinary culinary showcase featuring Champagne, elaborate presentations, and signature dishes from acclaimed chefs, including Thomas Keller, Marcus Samuelsson, Chris Bianco, Nina Compton, Asma Khan, Tam Kwok Fung, Michael White, and Wynn's own Sarah Thompson, among others. Special guest Ian Somerhalder also joins the evening's festivities.
The Feast
Saturday's centerpiece event, The Feast, fills Wynn's Event Pavilion and Lawn with chef-driven tasting stations representing cuisines from around the world.
Guests move from one culinary experience to the next while meeting internationally acclaimed chefs, including Rodolfo Guzmán, Álvaro Clavijo, Jaime Rodríguez, Camila Fiol, Serigne Mbaye, Alejandro Chamorro, and many others. VIP guests also receive access to the Chef + Celebrity Cook-Off, where acclaimed chefs team up with creators for a spirited culinary competition.
Revelry Revealed
Running throughout the weekend, Revelry Revealed offers a more intimate side of the festival.
Master classes, tastings, demonstrations, and behind-the-scenes experiences allow guests to learn directly from some of the industry's most influential chefs while exploring techniques, ingredients, and philosophies rarely seen outside professional kitchens.
Grand Revelry Brunch
The weekend concludes Sunday morning at Mizumi with Grand Revelry Brunch.
Interactive stations, sushi, live teppanyaki, pastries, and desserts showcase the talents of chefs including Jeff Ramsey, Kate Reid, Phillip Frankland Lee, Susan Bae, Santiago Moctezuma, and Henry "Fatboy" Zhang in a celebratory finale to the weekend.
