Please call Concierge at (702) 770-7070 to assist you with any airline arrangements or the printing of boarding passes. Boarding passes may also be printed at the Front Desk should our Concierge not be available.

As one of the amenities you may wish to enjoy during your stay at Wynn and Encore, your guestroom comes equipped with Alexa, your voice-controlled personal assistant. You may ask Alexa any questions you may have about Wynn and Encore and to adjust your room settings such as temperature, lights and drape controls.

Our bell staff can assist with luggage transportation, wheelchair and scooter rentals and local sightseeing tours.

The Business Center at Wynn is located in the Convention hallway directly across from Petrus. The Business Services Center offers private and semi-private Internet stations, copy and fax services and courier services. Equipment and communication rentals and conference rooms are available with advance notification. The Business Services Center offers private and semi-private Internet stations, copy and fax services and courier services. Hertz Car Rental is available at both Wynn and Encore. Both locations are open daily from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

You may check in to your room at 3 p.m. Wynn and Encore Las Vegas offer four registration areas for the easiest access to the Wynn Resort rooms, Wynn Tower Suites, Encore Resort Suites or Encore Tower Suites. We look forward to welcoming you to Wynn and Encore Las Vegas.

Checkout time is at noon. You may check out via telephone by calling the Front Desk at (702) 770-2150 or the Express Checkout kiosks, located near Resort Registration.  Please call the Front Desk if you need to check out late, as late checkout is based on availability.

Our concierge can assist you with dining reservations, show tickets, spa appointments, nightlife or any request that you may have during your stay with us. Information can be e-mailed to you for your convenience. Please call (702) 770-7070.

Fitness centers are located at both Wynn and Encore on the Spa level, which you can access by pressing the Spa button in the elevator. Both facilities are open daily from 5:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Classes are offered daily, and the schedule varies; please call the Spa at (702) 770-3900 for more information. Private sessions are subject to availability, and additional charges will apply.

To request to have your room cleaned or for requests such as extra towels, pillows, blankets, soaps, lotions, etc., please call Wynn or Encore Housekeeping by dialing 0 from your guest room.

For same-day dry cleaning and laundry service, please call Bell Services at (702) 770-2210 for pickup before 9:00 a.m. Dry cleaning and laundry will be returned by 7:00 p.m. We also offer express service and will handle extraordinary needs as well as small mending repairs.

Lost and Found is open daily from 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. and may be reached at (702) 770-2799 or by e-mail at LostAndFoundServices@WynnLasVegas.com.

Rideshare services pick up at all Wynn and Encore entrances.

You may buy packing supplies at the Business Center and packages may be shipped from the Business Center, with applicable fees.

Smoking is allowed on the Casino floor, outside in the patio and pool areas, and on designated hotel floors only.

Local and domestic long distance calls are included in the Resort Fee.  Toll-Free Calls (800, 833, 844, 855, 866, 877 and 888 prefixes): $1.25 per call for the first 30 minutes, plus $0.15 for each additional minute.  Direct-Dialed Long-Distance and International Calls: All calls will be charged AT&T operator-assisted daytime rates, plus a hotel surcharge of 45 percent.

For your convenience, taxis are available 24 hours a day at Wynn main valet and Encore main entrance.
