Billy DeMarco, executive chef of La Cave Wine & Food Hideaway at Wynn, invites you to a special culinary demonstration and tasting inspired by La Cave’s famous tableside butlered brunch. Billy will offer tips and techniques on crafting a menu of small plates, unique presentation ideas and how to pair with wines or craft brews.
A casual tasting will accompany the class. Participants must be 21 or older.
