  • Medical coverage – We offer three medical plan options with prescription coverage in Nevada and two medical plan options for employees who work and reside outside of Nevada.

Financial Benefits – The key to success is to start saving now. Wynn employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) plan on their first day of employment. After one year of employment, they are eligible for discretionary company matching contributions. Company match is 50 cents on every dollar, up to 6 percent of deferrals.

GROWTH & ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Educational Assistance – Employees receive company-paid financial aid for college classes and seminars.

Citizenship Classes – Wynn offers employees free courses with expert instruction to prepare for the United States citizenship test. In addition, Wynn pay the naturalization fees for all eligible employees who complete the course.

English as a Second Language Classes – Wynn offers employees free ESL courses at multiple skill levels throughout the year to employees.

Foundations of Leadership – Our core program for supervisors and assistant managers. The two-day course was developed to enhance knowledge in the areas of communication, delegation, coaching, time management, hiring, and more.

Climb – Our premier leadership development program. The nine-month program was developed in partnership with UNLV professor Dr. Finley Cotrone, and leverages the expertise of university professors, and Wynn leaders to cultivate the potential of our managers.
