Summer Breeze Tier PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 


June 1 – 30, 2023 

  1. The Summer Breeze Tier Promotion  (the “Promotion”) is limited to Wynn Rewards members who are Red tier level or above and playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore during the Promotional Period (defined below). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.
  2. Local Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a resident state of Nevada and zip code beginning in “890” or “891” verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.
  3. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.
  4. The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, through 11:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2023. (the “Promotional Period”)
  5. For non-local Wynn Rewards Members the following earning and redemption periods apply:
    1. The earning period for non-local Wynn Rewards Members will take place at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, through 11:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2023 (each “Non-Local Earning Period”). 
    2. The redemption period for non-local Wynn Rewards Members will take place at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, June 1, 2023, through 11:00 p.m. Friday, June 30, 2023 (each “Non-Local Redemption Period”).
  6. For Local Wynn Rewards Members the following earning and redemption periods apply: 
    1. The earning Period will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Fridays, (June 2, 9, 16, 23) and ends at 11:00 p.m. Sundays, (June 4,11,18, 25) (each “Local Earning Period”). 
    2. The redemption period will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Fridays, (June 2, 9, 16, 23) and ends at 11:00 p.m. Sundays, (June 4,11,18, 25) (each “Local Redemption Period”). 
  7. Participants may earn chances to play the “Summer Breeze Promotion” game during the Non-Local Earning Period or Local Earning Period, as applicable, in the Wynn Rewards promotional casino kiosk (“Kiosk”) by playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card inserted at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore.
    1. For Local Red tier members, each 150 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the “Summer Breeze” game and there will a maximum of two (2) swipes per Local Redemption Period. 
    2. For Non-Locals Red tier members, each 150 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the “Summer Breeze” game and there will a maximum of eight (8) swipes per Non-Local Redemption Period.
    3. For Local Platinum tier level members and above, each 300 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the “Summer Breeze” game and there will a maximum of two (2) swipes per Local Redemption Period.
    4. For Non-Local Platinum tier level and above members, each 500 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the “Summer Breeze” game and there will a maximum of eight (8) swipes per Non-Local Redemption Period. 
  8. There are a maximum eight (8) total chances during the promotional period regardless of how many times a participant earns (a) 500 slot points for Non-Local Platinum tier or above members during the Non-Local Earning Period; or (b) 150 slot points for Local Red tier members during the Local Earning Period; or (c) 150 slot points for Non-Local Red tier members during the Non-Local Earning Period; or (c) 300 slot points for the Local Platinum tier or above members during the Local Earning Period.
  9. During the applicable Non-Local or Local Redemption Period, Non-Local Platinum tier or above members who earned the required 500 slot points or Local and Non-Local Red tier members who earned the required 150 slot points, or Local Platinum tier or above members who earned the required 300 slot points must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., and enter their PIN number to access the “Summer Breeze” game in the Promotions menu. Then participant will select one (1) of the Promotion icons for a chance to see if they won a prize. 
  10. Potential prizes are: $5, $10, $25, $75, $200, $1,000 or $5,000, all in Wynn Las Vegas FREE CREDIT  (“FREE CREDIT ”). The $5,000 & $1,000 in FREE CREDIT prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period each for Non-Local Red tier, Local Red Tier, Non-Local Platinum tier and Local Platinum tier members.
  11. Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the “Summer Breeze” game again.  Participants who do not play all of their earned chances in the Kiosk before the end of the Promotional Redemption Period will forfeit those chances. 
  12. During the Promotional Period, players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $5,000 and one (1) $1,000 in FREE CREDIT prize has been awarded.
  13. Malfunction voids all pays.
  14. Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.
  15. It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.
  16. Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points. 
  17. Slot Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed. 
  18. Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility to play the “Summer Breeze” game. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database. 
  19. Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.
  20. In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.
  21. Promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREE CREDIT which will automatically upload to the participant’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance. 
  22. FREE CREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details. 
  23. This offer is non-transferable. 
  24. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.
  25. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.
  26. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age .
  27. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.
  28. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
  29. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
  30. Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any refunds, prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.
  31. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
