Room reservations are available for one (1) Resort King room, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to two (2) consecutive nights and are only available on select dates from October 28, 2022 through October 30, 2022.  Dates subject to change. Blackout dates may apply. A stay booked under this package offer must be completed on or before October 30, 2022. A two (2) night minimum stay booked under this package offer is required to receive the following: (i) two (2) tickets to the Concours Gala at XS Nightclub from 6pm to 9pm Pacific Time on October 28, 2022 (each, a “Gala Ticket”); and (ii) two (2) tickets to the Concours d’Elegance Event at Wynn Golf Club from 10am to 4pm Pacific Time on October 29, 2022 (the “Event”), including access for two (2) to the Concours Cookout Event on October 29, 2022, at the Wynn Event Lawn during the Event (each, an “Event Ticket”).   This offer is only available for a maximum two (2) night stay and any additional nights over and above the two (2) night stay must be booked separately by guest. The early booking offer discount is limited and subject to availability. The guest who purchased this package must be present at the time of check-in. Guest must prepay package total, including without limitation, room, resort fee and all applicable taxes for entire stay at time of reservation. Packages booked under this offer become non-cancellable and non-refundable thirty (30) days prior to your arrival.

Resort Fee:   A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax is included in this package offer for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls, a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; and Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand.

Gala Ticket: The two (2) Gala Tickets provide entry for a maximum of two (2) persons to the Concours Gala event at XS Nightclub from 6pm to 9pm Pacific Time on October 28, 2022 (the “Gala”). I understand that each Gala Ticket is valid for a single entry only and I will not be permitted to bring guests into XS Nightclub unless each such person has their own Gala Ticket. Dress code is black-tie. All Gala attendees must be at least 21 years of age or older to attend the Gala. Valid government issued photo ID will be required at the door. Gala Tickets are non-refundable. Any unused Gala Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. Gala Tickets are non-exchangeable. The guest who purchased this package must be present at the time of Gala Ticket redemption.

Event Tickets: The two (2) Event Tickets provide entry for a maximum of two (2) persons to (i) the Event at the Wynn Golf Club; and (ii) the Concours Cookout event on October 29, 2022, on the Wynn Event Lawn. The Concours Cookout event includes a limited selection of complimentary grilled food from 11am to 3pm Pacific Time and beverages from 10am to 4pm Pacific Time at the Concours Cookout area on the Wynn Event Lawn. Food and beverage selection is at the sole and absolute discretion of Wynn Las Vegas. Seating in at the Concours Cookout area is limited and is first come first served. Gratuity is not included and is at the discretion of the Event Ticket holder. I understand each Event Ticket is valid for a single entry only and I will not be permitted to bring guests into the Wynn Golf Club or Wynn Event Lawn unless each such person has their own Event Ticket.  Guests must be at least 21 years of age or older to consume alcohol. Event Tickets are non-refundable. Any unused Event Tickets will be forfeited and are not redeemable for, or at, a later date. Event Tickets are non-exchangeable. The guest who purchased this package must be present at the time of Event Ticket redemption.

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  A deposit of the full package value including tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least thirty (30) days prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
