Wynn Field Club Giveaway at Allegiant Stadium
Sunday, October 10, 2021
1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.
2. The Wynn Field Club Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is limited to new Wynn Rewards members who sign up for a new Wynn Rewards account by filling out an entry form (the “Entry Form”) at the Wynn Las Vegas booth located at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 10, 2021 from 10:35 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. (the “Entry Period”) and current Wynn Rewards members who complete the Entry Form at the Wynn Las Vegas booth located at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 10, 2021 during the Entry Period.
3. In order to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway, persons must (i) be at least 21 years of age as of the date of entry; (ii) be a US resident, (iii) sign up and complete the process for updating or creating a new Wynn Rewards account via completing the Entry Form during the Entry Period (“Eligible Participants”). 4. Participants must complete an Entry Form with their full legal first and last name, valid mobile phone number and email address. The name on the Entry Form must identically match the government issued photo ID that will be presented when redeeming the prize. By completing and submitting the Entry Form, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and to opt-in to receive communications and promotional information from Wynn Resorts and its subsidiaries and affiliates. Incomplete or illegible forms will be disqualified.
5. Persons who are not legally permitted to engage in gambling, have entered into the Wynn Self-Exclusion Program, entered into a self-limit or self-exclusion program in an applicable state, or been banned or trespassed by Wynn Las Vegas or any of its affiliates are not eligible for membership in the Wynn Rewards program and as such are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway. In addition, persons who have been banned or trespassed from Allegiant Stadium are not eligible to participate in the Giveaway.
6. Aside from being required to newly enroll in the Wynn Rewards program to be eligible to participate in the Giveaway, the Wynn Rewards program is separate and distinct from the Giveaway and is governed by its own terms and conditions. 7. Eligible Participants will receive one (1) entry for a chance to win one (1) complimentary General Admission Standing Room Only (GA SRO) admission for up to two (2) persons to Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 10, 2021 and a Wynn Gift Card valued at $500 to be used towards food and beverages at Wynn Field Club on Sunday, October 10, 2021 (the “Prize”).
8. The Giveaway drawing will be held on Sunday, October 10, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. (approximately) using the drawing drum located at the Wynn Las Vegas booth inside Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 10, 2021 (the “Drawing”). Eligible Participants must give their completed Entry Forms to a Wynn representative at the booth and present their government issued photo ID. The Wynn representative will confirm the Entry Form is complete and will then deposit the Entry Form into the drawing drum located at the Wynn Las Vegas booth inside Allegiant Stadium between 10:35 a.m. and 12:59 p.m. on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Eligible Participants are responsible for depositing their own completed Entry Form into the drawing drum. Only one (1) Prize will be given away. Odds of winning are based on actual number of eligible entries.
9. One (1) Entry Form will be drawn. No alternate winners will be drawn. All documents related to the drawing will be kept in a secured location at least thirty (30) days after final winners are declared in case of a dispute.
10. Maximum one (1) entry in the Giveaway per person. Persons who are not eligible to participate and persons who sign up for a Wynn Rewards account before or after the Entry Period will not be entered in the Drawing. No exceptions.
11. Any persons found to have entered multiple times will be automatically disqualified.
12. Participants must be present at Allegiant Stadium during the Drawing in order to be eligible to win. The winner will be contacted via text message via the phone number listed on the Entry Form within five (5) minutes of the Drawing.
13. Wynn Las Vegas and Raiders Football Club, LLC, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, The Oakland Raiders, a California limited partnership, Raiders Foundation, The Raider Image, LLC (together with Raiders Football Club, LLC, LV Stadium Events Company, LLC, The Oakland Raiders, a California limited partnership, Raiders Foundation, the Las Vegas Stadium Authority and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, divisions, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and each such company’s officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, the “Raiders Entities) are not responsible if a winner does not receive a text message due to circumstances beyond Wynn Las Vegas’s control, including but not limited to, poor cell phone reception, delays or technical difficulties by carrier, incorrect phone number(s) on file, or failure by winner to timely see the message or hear the text message notification.
14. Winner must claim their Prize by not later than 2:00 p.m. on October 10, 2021 by showing the Prize confirmation text received on their cell phone at Wynn Field Club on October 10, 2021 along with a valid government issued ID that must match the name on the Entry Form. Any unredeemed or unused tickets or gift card will be forfeited, are not redeemable at a later date and are not refundable. Lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets or gift card will not be replaced.
15. Prize is valid for complimentary General Admission Standing Room Only (GA SRO) admission for up to two (2) persons into Wynn Field Club at Allegiant Stadium on Sunday, October 10, 2021 and a Wynn Gift Card valued at $500 to be used towards food and beverages at Wynn Field Club on Sunday, October 10, 2021. Access to a table or seat, gratuity, taxes and fees are NOT included. Wynn Field Club terms and conditions, including without limitation, dress code and age restrictions may apply, go to wynnsocial.com for more information. The Wynn Gift Card may not be redeemed for cash or used for gaming purposes. The Wynn Gift Card may not be used for any advanced deposits. Lost or stolen Wynn Gift Cards will not be replaced. After each twelve (12) months of inactivity from the date of issuance, a monthly service fee of $2.50 will be deducted from the balance of the Wynn Gift Card. Physical presentation of the Wynn Gift Card and valid government issued photo ID are required for redemption. Wynn Gift Card values will be applied toward food and beverage purchases and tax. All sales transactions with the Wynn Gift Cards are final. Use of the Wynn Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions contained on the Wynn Gift Card. Maximum individual Wynn Gift Card value is $500. Winner is responsible for all additional purchases not specified in these terms and conditions.
16. Raiders Entities, Allegiant Stadium and Wynn Field Club policies will be strictly enforced. Winner and guest must be at least 21 years of age and will be required to present a valid government issued photo ID for entry into Wynn Field Club. Wynn Field Club has a Zero Tolerance Policy. 17. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees related to the Prize.
18. The Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable and may not be altered, substituted, exchanged, or returned. Winner may not give, trade, or sell this prize to any other party. Winner must be present at the time prize is redeemed.
19. Participation in the Giveaway constitutes participant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Participants expressly agree to forever waive, release, discharge, and covenant not to sue the Raiders Entities and Wynn Las Vegas and its subsidiaries and affiliates from any and all liability in connection with the Giveaway. If the winner is unable or unwilling to redeem the Prize under the conditions stated herein, the Prize will be forfeited.
20. This Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
21. Prior to the start of the Giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas and the Raiders Entities reserve the right to cancel, modify or change the Giveaway in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
22. Private arrangements or collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the Giveaway.
23. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts® and employees of the Las Vegas Raiders, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Giveaway.
24. All decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas management regarding all aspects of the Giveaway are final.
25. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Raiders Entities, Wynn Las Vegas and Allegiant Stadium policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan and the Allegiant Stadium COVID-19 Protocols, including without limitation, the requirement to be fully vaccinated to enter the Allegiant Stadium during Raiders home games. In the event participant is prevented from accessing either property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Giveaway and will not be entitled to any prizes associated with the Giveaway.
26. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Allegiant Stadium and participating in the Giveaway, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
27. The Giveaway and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362- 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
