Giveaway: The Raiders Jacket Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members with a confirmed reservation based upon their individual offer. The Giveaway includes a complimentary two (2) night stay on select dates, one (1) dual branded Wynn and Raiders Jacket. Reservations are available for a Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Double, Wynn Panoramic View, Wynn Panoramic View Double, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Double Queen, Encore Panoramic King, or Encore Panoramic Suite Double Queen rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, and are only available on select dates from October 9 through October 13, 2024. Blackout dates may apply. The two (2) night stay must be completed on or before October 13, 2024.  Two (2) night minimum stay on the select dates as set forth herein is required to receive one (1) piece of dual branded apparel. Exceptions can be made to the two (2) night minimum stay in Wynn Las Vegas’ sole and absolute discretion if a guest is a Las Vegas local. This offer is only available for a complimentary two (2) night stay and any additional nights over and above the two (2) night stay booked under this offer must be booked separately by guest, is subject to availability and any additional complimentaries are at the sole discretion of casino host. Apparel is limited and based on availability. Events are available by invitation only and dates are subject to change. Apparel quantities and sizes are limited and subject to availability on a first come first served basis. Limit one per invited guest. This offer may only be redeemed one time.

Resort Fee: If additional room nights are purchased beyond the complimentary room nights offered herein, a daily resort fee of $50 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls, a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee. 

Custom Apparel: The dual branded Wynn and Raiders jacket quantity and sizes are subject to availability on a first come first served basis.  Wynn Las Vegas shall choose the apparel item type in its sole and absolute discretion.  Limit one (1) custom apparel item per stay booked under this offer. 

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. 

This offer, including all components thereof, is non-transferable, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, is only available during a trip booked under this promotion, and has no cash value. Offer is restricted to invited guests only.  Offer is not valid for any group bookings, conventions or existing reservations, and is non-commissionable. Additional complimentaries may be awarded to guests who earn slot points or have table games play during their stay, at Wynn Las Vegas’s sole discretion. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
