$500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway
Terms and Conditions
May 1 – June 11, 2016

1. To enter the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway participants must be invited Red Card members who register with the Red Card Desk based upon their individual offer.

2. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to invite participants to participate in the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway based in its sole discretion.

3. Participants registered for the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway will be awarded one (1) virtual drawing ticket for every 1,000 points earned while playing slots with their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas beginning at 12:01 a.m. Sunday, May 1, 2016 through 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016.

4. Virtual drawing tickets may not be earned after 5:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016. No exceptions.

5. Participants can view their total points and virtual drawing tickets earned via the kiosks at the Wynn or Encore Red Card Desks beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, May 1, 2016 through 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016.

6. Virtual drawing tickets for the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway will automatically be activated as they are earned.

7. The $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing will take place on Saturday, June 11, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. in the Encore Ballroom.

8. Each participant or linked account participant must be present on Saturday, June 11, 2016 for the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway and must swipe their Red Card at a designated kiosk upon entering the Encore Ballroom, located at Encore Las Vegas, from 5:30 p.m. through 6:45 p.m. to be eligible to win one of the top five (5) prizes of the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway. No exceptions.

9. If a participant’s virtual drawing ticket is drawn to win one of the top five (5) prizes and the participant or their linked account participant is not present, a new virtual drawing ticket will be drawn until an eligible participant’s virtual drawing ticket is selected.

10. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database and share the same address.

11. Participants are only eligible to win one (1) prize in the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing. Once an account (including linked accounts) has won a prize during the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing, all other $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing tickets associated with that account will be deemed void.

12. Prizes for the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing will be drawn in descending order beginning with the Grand Prize.

13. The Grand Prize winner will have the option to surrender their prize and opt for a one-time allotment of $100,000 in cash.

14. The 2nd Prize winner will have the option to surrender their prize and opt for a one-time allotment of $68,000 in cash.

15. The 3rd Prize winner will have the option to surrender their prize and opt for a one-time allotment of $49,000 in cash.

16. The 4th Prize winner will have the option to surrender their prize and opt for a one-time allotment of $46,000 in cash.

17. The 5th Prize winner will have the option to surrender their prize and opt for a one-time allotment of $44,700 in cash.

18. Participants that win one of the top five (5) prizes in the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway virtual drawing will have 72 hours from the time they are notified of their win to select either the Mercedes-Benz vehicle or the cash alternative or the Mercedes-Benz vehicle will be selected by default.

19. Winning participants that select the Mercedes-Benz vehicle must finalize their vehicle selection by 5:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2016.

20. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.

21. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

22. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in virtual drawing ticket redemption.

23. Points will be officially earned only after a participant’s or any linked account’s participants gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a participant’s or linked account’s Red Card is removed.

24. Participants must remove their Red Card from all slot machines before 4:59 p.m. on Saturday, June 11, 2016 in order for their eligible slot points to activate.

25. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

26. FREECREDIT prizes are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Tuesday, June 14, 2016.

27. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees in addition to completing all applicable forms acknowledging acceptance of their selected prize. Taxes and fees will be collected prior to the issuance of the automobiles.

28. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway.

29. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway.

30. Prior to the start of the giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

31. Collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway.

32. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the $500,000 Mercedes-Benz Giveaway are final.

All prizes will be awarded in the form of a Mercedes-Benz automobile, CASH or Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT. Prize structure is based on 250 participants. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change based on the actual number of participants.
