Real-Time Offer Pilot

Terms and Conditions

1. The Real-Time Offer (“RTO”) Pilot promotion (“Promotion”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards Members only (“Participants”).  Participants will be chosen to participate in the Promotion by Wynn Las Vegas in its sole discretion. 

2. Participants agree to also be bound by the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions which can be found at https://www.wynnlasvegas.com/terms/wynn-rewards

3. Invitations to participate in the Promotion will be received via email and/or via mobile app inbox.  Participants will be the first guests to experience the new offer engine which may award guests for their slot play at different interval thresholds, in near real-time.

4. Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 3:00 a.m. on Monday, September 9, 2024, through 2:59 a.m. on Friday, September 13, 2024. 

5. Participants must download the Wynn Resorts Mobile Application (“Wynn Resorts App”) from either the Apple App store or the Google Play store. 

6. The Wynn Resorts App currently requires iOS 12.4 or later or the Android OS version 5.0 and later. 

7. Once downloaded, the Participant must login to the Wynn Resorts App using the same Wynn Rewards account that received the invitation which also will be used to track their play at the slot machine during the Promotion. 

8. Participants should enable push notifications and geo location within the Wynn Resorts App for the duration of the Promotion for the best experience.

9. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any third-party fees incurred by Participant, including but not limited to, cell phone usage, data charges, text charges, remote access fees and other overages incurred using the Wynn Resorts App.

10. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any damage to Account Holder’s mobile device, or its operating system, that may result from using the Wynn Resorts App.

11. The Wynn Resorts App is subject to separate terms and conditions.

12. Wynn Las Vegas, in its sole and absolute discretion, may designate an area of the casino in which Participants may select a slot machine to use during the Promotion.  Participants may use multiple slot machines during the Promotion, provided the slot machines are in the designated area. If no area is designated, the promotion will be available on all FREECREDIT eligible slot machines across the Wynn and Encore slot floor.

13. Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.

14. It is Participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards Card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards Card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards Card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

15. Participants may wager in any increment or denomination accepted by the slot machine. 

16. The RTO Award will be earned when the Participant reaches the appropriate slot play criteria.  Slot play criteria and related RTO Awards are defined in the table below.   

17. At the end of the slot play session (i.e., when the Wynn Rewards card is removed from the slot machine), Participant will be notified via a push notification from the Wynn Resorts App, text and/or email, that an RTO Award was earned.  Multiple RTO Awards can be earned during one slot play session. If multiple RTO Awards are earned during one slot play session, Participant will be awarded one RTO Award in the cumulative amount of all RTO Awards earned during the slot play session. 

18. Slot play criteria and RTO Awards for the Promotion will be as follows:

* Valuation, for the purposes of the Promotion, will be based on each Participant’s prior casino play (and calculated using factors like average bet, game type, and time on device) over a period of time designated by Wynn Las Vegas.

** Incremental play is defined as the percentage above the 100% of worth for the specific level. For example, Participants will earn a Level 1 Award when their theoretical equals 10% above their worth.  The Level 1 award will then be equal to 50% of the 10% in theoretical that is above the Participants worth.

All Awards will be issued in the form of FREECREDIT.

19. Promotion awards will be paid in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”) and will be automatically deposited into the Participant’s Wynn Rewards account.

20. Any points or COMPDOLLARS earned during the Promotion can be used by the Participant in accordance with the Wynn Rewards Terms and Conditions.

21. No other rewards, unless already described herein, will be issued to the Participants for this Promotion.

22. This Promotion and related awards are non-transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged and may not be claimed by anyone other than Participant.

23. Participants will receive all winnings and/or jackpots associated with their slot machine play during the Promotion and are therefore responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees in addition to completing all applicable forms acknowledging receipt of their winnings.

24. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details.

25. FREECREDIT RTO Awards are valid for 24 hours from time of issuance.

26. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age. 

27. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

28.Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

29. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability. 

30.Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

31. The Promotion and these Terms & Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and, subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management shall be deemed final.
