Terms and Conditions 

August 4 – 27, 2023 

Definitions

“Game” is defined as the Summer Breeze Promotion game on the Kiosk (defined below)

“Kiosk” is defined as the Wynn Rewards promotional casino kiosk

“Promotion” is defined as the Summer Breeze Tier Promotion

“Promotional Periods” is defined cumulatively as Promotional Period 1 through Promotional Period 4 set forth below:

  1. Promotional Period 1: Beginning 12:01am August 4, 2023 through 11pm August 6, 2023.
  2. Promotional Period 2: Beginning 12:01am August 11, 2023 through 11pm August 13, 2023.
  3. Promotional Period 3: Beginning 12:01am August 18, 2023 through 11pm August 20, 2023.
  4. Promotional Period 4: Beginning 12:01am August 25, 2023 through 11pm August 27, 2023.

“Promotional Period” is defined as Promotional Period 1 through Promotional Period 4 individually.

“Earning Periods”: is defined cumulatively as Earning Period 1 through Earning Period 4 set forth below:

  1. Earning Period 1: Beginning 12:01 AM August 4, 2023 through 10:45 PM August 6, 2023.
  2. Earning Period 2: Beginning 12:01 AM August 11, 2023 through 10:45 PM August 13, 2023.
  3. Earning Period 3: Beginning 12:01 AM August 18, 2023 through 10:45 PM August 20, 2023.
  4. Earning Period 4: Beginning 12:01 AM August 25, 2023 through 10:45 PM August 27, 2023.

“Earning Period” is defined as Earning Period 1 through Earning Period 4 individually.

“Redemption Periods” is defined cumulatively as 9am through 11pm daily on the dates set forth in Redemption Period 1 through Redemption Period 4 below:

  1. Redemption Period 1:  August 4, 2023; August 5, 2023; and August 6, 2023 
  2. Redemption Period 2: August 11, 2023; August 12, 2023; and August 13, 2023
  3. Redemption Period 3: August 18, 2023; August 19, 2023; and August 20, 2023
  4. Redemption Period 4: August 25, 2023; August 26, 2023; and August 27, 2023

“Redemption Period” is defined as Redemption Period 1 through Redemption Period 4 individually. 

Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion is limited to Wynn Rewards members who are Red tier level or above and playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore during the Earning Period. Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.
  2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.
  3. The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during the Promotional Period.
  4. Participants may earn chances to play the Game in the Kiosk during the Earning Period by playing eligible reel slots and video poker machines with their Wynn Rewards card inserted at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore.
    1. For Red tier members, each 150 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the Game and there will be a maximum of three (3) swipes per Redemption Period (the “Red Tier Promo”). 
    2. For Platinum tier level members and above, each 450 slot points earned will earn one (1) chance to play the Game and there will be a maximum of three (3) swipes per Redemption Period (the “Platinum+ Promo”). 
  5. Participants may earn a maximum of three (3) total chances to play the Game during each Earning Period regardless of how many times they earn the applicable number of required slot points for a maximum of twelve (12) total chances during all of the Earning Periods.
  6. Eligible Wynn Rewards members who earned the required slot points as set forth in Section 4, above, must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, and enter their PIN number to access the Game in the Kiosk promotions menu during the applicable Redemption Period. If multiple promotions, Wynn Rewards members are responsible for selecting the appropriate tile. Then participant will select one (1) of the Promotion icons for a chance to see if they won a prize. 
  7. Potential prizes are: $5, $10, $25, $75, $200, $1,000 or $5,000, all in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”). The $5,000 & $1,000 in FREECREDIT prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period for the Red tier Promo, and the Platinum+ Promo.
  8. Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the Game again.  Participants who do not play all of their earned chances in the Kiosk before the end of the Redemption Period during which the chances were earned will forfeit those chances. 
  9. During the Promotional Period, players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $5,000 and one (1) $1,000 in FREECREDIT prize has been awarded.
  10. Malfunction voids all pays.
  11. Participants are responsible for inserting their Wynn Rewards Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Wynn Rewards Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Wynn Rewards Card.
  12. It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Wynn Rewards card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Wynn Rewards card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Wynn Rewards card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.
  13. Slot play not associated with a Wynn Rewards Card will not earn slot points. 
  14. Slot Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s, and any linked account’s, Wynn Rewards Card is removed. 
  15. Participants and any linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own play to participate in this Promotion; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility to play the “Summer Breeze” game. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database. 
  16. Live table games or poker play, electronic table games play, or race and sports betting are not eligible for earning slot points.
  17. In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.
  18. Promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREECREDIT which will automatically upload to the participant’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance. 
  19. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details. 
  20. This offer is non-transferable. 
  21. All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.
  22. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.
  23. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
  24. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.
  25. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.
  26. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
  27. Participants and their guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event a participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any refunds, prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.
  28. The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
