Reservations are limited to Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Two Queens, Wynn Panoramic View, Wynn Panoramic View Two Queens, Wynn Tower Suite King, Wynn Tower Suite Parlor, Wynn Tower Suite Salon, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Two Queens, Encore Panoramic King, Encore Tower Suite King, Encore Tower Suite Parlor, Encore Tower Suite Salon, subject to availability, may only be booked up to fourteen (14) consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select travel dates from April 4, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Blackout dates may apply; offer is not available if any day during guest's stay is designated as a blackout date. Offer valid for bookings made between April 4, 2023, through December 31, 2023. An employee of Studio3 must present at check-in and will be required to present their Studio3 Credit Cards and/or Business Cards at time of check-in to redeem this offer. Failure to present approved credentials will result in the nightly discounted rate being removed and guest being charged at the then-current room rate. 

Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; and Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee. 

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests. A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000. Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. A deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. An Early Departure will be subject to first night’s room and tax penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino. Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
