WINTER FREECREDIT BONUS PROMOTION 

Terms and Conditions 

December 1 – 17, 2022

1.    The Winter FREECREDIT Bonus Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards members who are i) Platinum tier level or above and ii) playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

3.    The Promotion will take place at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Thursday, December 1, 2022 through 11:00 p.m. Saturday, December 17, 2022. (the “Promotional Period”).

4.    Participants may earn one (1) chance to play the “Winter FREECREDIT Bonus Promotion” game in the Wynn Rewards promotional casino kiosk (“Kiosk”) by (i) staying at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas for a minimum one (1) night during the Promotional Period (“Qualifying Stay”); and (ii) swiping their Wynn Rewards card during the Promotional Period.

5.    There is a maximum one (1) total chance regardless of how many times a participant stays at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas during the Promotional Period.

6.    During the Promotional Period, participants who stay at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., and enter their PIN number to access the “Winter FREECREDIT Bonus Promotion” game in the Promotions menu. Then participant will select one (1) of the Promotion icons for a chance to see if they won a prize. Potential prizes are as follows:  $10, $25, $50 or $250, all in Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”). The $250 in FREECREDIT prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotional Period.

7.    Participants and any linked account participants must each qualify individually by reserving and redeeming a Qualifying Stay in order to participate in this Promotion. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

8.    Promotion prizes are awarded in the form of FREECREDIT which will automatically upload to the participant’s Wynn Rewards account and are valid for 72 hours from the date and time of issuance.

9.    FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Desk for details.

10.  $10 FREECREDIT prize is guaranteed.

11.  During the Promotional Period players can go to the Wynn Rewards Desk on the Wynn or Encore Las Vegas casino floors or call the Wynn Rewards Desk at (702) 770-3000 to confirm whether the one (1) $250 in FREECREDIT prize has been awarded

12.  Prizes awarded and odds will vary based on the actual number of participants.

13.  Malfunction voids all pays.

14.  This offer is non-transferable.

15.  All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

16.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

17.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

18.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

19.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

20.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

21.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Health & Safety Plan and behavior standards can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event participant or their guests are prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any refunds, prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

22.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

23.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
