LOCALS $5,000 TABLE GAMES PROMOTION

Terms and Conditions 

September 6 – 30, 2021

1.    The Locals $5,000 Table Games Promotion (the “Promotion”) is limited to “local” Wynn Rewards members who are playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”). Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.    Local Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.    Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.    The weekly period during the Promotion for participant to qualify to play the “Locals $5,000 Table Games Promotion” game (the “Game”) begins at 12:01 a.m. on Mondays (September 6, 13, 20, and 27) and ends at 11:00 p.m. on Thursdays (September 9, 16, 23 and 30), (each a “Promotional Period Week”).

5.    Participants will earn one (1) chance to play the Game in the Wynn Rewards promotional kiosk (“Kiosk”) for each thirty (30) minutes of rated table games play at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore during each Promotional Period Week. There is a maximum number of twenty (20) total chances per participant, per Promotional Period Week regardless of how many times a participant plays thirty (30) minutes of rated table games play.

6.    Rated tables games play outside of each Promotional Period Week will not be counted towards eligibility to play the Game.

7.    During each Promotional Period Week, eligible participants must swipe their Wynn Rewards card at a Kiosk, located on the casino floor, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. and enter their PIN number to access the Game in the Promotions menu. Participant will touch the wheel on the Kiosk screen to see if they have won a prize. Potential prizes are: $25, $50, $100 or $5,000, in Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable, one-time-bet-only promotional chips (“Promo Chips”). The $5,000 in Promo Chips prize will only be awarded a maximum one (1) time throughout the Promotion. If participant wins a prize, a receipt showing the amount of Promo Chips won will print from the Kiosk (the “Receipt”) for winner to take to the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage for redemption.

8.    Winning a prize is not guaranteed.

9.    Upon earning additional chances, participants must return to the Kiosk to play the Game again.

10.  The Promotion is not available outside of each Promotional Period Week. Eligible participants who do not play the Game in the Kiosk before 11:00 p.m. at the end of each applicable Promotional Period Week will forfeit their chance at playing the Game.

11.  Rated table games play refers to ratings earned while playing live table games at Wynn or Encore Las Vegas as recorded in the Wynn Las Vegas Patron Management system.

12.  Slots play, electronic table games (regardless if played in the live dealer mode), live poker play and race and sports betting are not eligible to qualify participant for this Promotion.

13.  For table games play ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Wynn Rewards card at a table game to initiate table games player ratings. Table games play not associated with a Wynn Rewards card will not be eligible.

14.   In case of a ratings dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Casino Manager immediately.

15.  To redeem their Promo Chip prize, winner must present their printed Receipt along with a valid government issued photo ID at the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage where the winner’s prize will be verified and issued.

16.  Promo Chip prizes must be claimed by winners from the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage no later than 11:59 p.m. Thursday, September 30, 2021 or they will be forfeited. 

17.  Promo Chip denominations are predetermined based on prize won, may not be exchanged for cash, live chips, bet-until-you-lose promotional chips, or smaller denominations. The exchange of smaller Promo Chips for larger denomination Promo Chips will only be allowed based on availability in the sole discretion of cage personnel.

18.  Promo Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promo Chips is one-time-bet use only. Regardless of win or lose, the Promo Chips will be collected by the dealer. Promo Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promo Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promo Chip is retained as a tip the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promo Chips.

19.  A wager made with Promo Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.

20.  Participant and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own table games play to be eligible to play the Game; time played at table games cannot be combined. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are still connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

21.  In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

22.  Lost, stolen or damaged Receipts will not be reissued or replaced.

23.  This offer is non-transferable.

24.  All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

25.  Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

26.  Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

27.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

28.  Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

29.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

30.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

31.  A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

32.  The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.
