Wynn and Raiders $150,000 Golf Invitational

Terms and Conditions

October 13-14, 2023

1.  The Wynn and Raiders $150,000 Golf Invitational (the “Invitational”) is limited to invited Wynn Rewards Members who (i) have registered for the Invitational and received a confirmed reservation based on their individual offer; and (ii) are not a current or former professional golfer (according to U.S.G.A. guidelines). Reservations are limited and based on availability.

2.  Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Invitational in its sole discretion.

3.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to include up to ten (10) additional players in the Invitational in its sole discretion.

4.  A minimum of forty (40) participants is required for the Invitational to take place. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel the Invitational or modify the prize structure of the Invitational in its sole discretion without notice or liability.

5.  Each player will check-in for the Invitational during the Pairings Reception to be held on Friday, October 13, 2023 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at Wynn Country Club. Each player may bring one (1) guest with them. 

6.  During the Pairings Reception, all players, excluding Raiders Alumni, may putt one (1) time on the electronic putting green.  If the player makes a hole-in-one on their first try, they will win $100 in Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable bet-until-you-lose promotional chips (“Promotional Chips”) or Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT”). Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to grant players additional opportunities to putt at its sole discretion.

7.  The format for the Invitational will be a four (4) person scramble. Each team will have one (1) Raiders Alumni player assigned to them. 

8.  There will be one (1) day of play and teams will be pre-paired (balanced by handicap). The Invitational will take place at the Wynn Golf Club at Wynn Las Vegas on Saturday, October 14, 2023 with a shotgun start at 10 a.m.

9.  There are no minimum drive requirements per player. The team will select the preferred tee shot and each player will then play their second shot from that point, within one (1) club length (keeping the same condition), no closer to the hole. This procedure will continue until the ball has been holed. On the green, each player must play one (1) inch from the selected putt, no closer to the hole. There will be one (1) score for the team on each hole. “Gimmies” are not permitted due to the team format.

10.  In the event of a missing player, a static sequence is to be determined among the team members and each player will then rotate hitting one (1) additional shot.

11. At each hole, Invitational participants will drive from the tees as follows:

• Gentlemen – Gold Tees (approximately 6,272 yards)
• Ladies – Platinum Tees (approximately 5,868 yards)
• Gentlemen over the age of 65* years or older – Platinum Tees (approximately 5,868 yards) 
• Ladies over the age of 65* years or older – Bronze Tees (approximately 4,810 yards)

*valid government photo ID will be required for age verification

12.  Each player is required to contribute a minimum of two (2) tee shots during the Invitational.

13.  U.S.G.A. rules govern all play, including in the event of a tie.

14.  All water features will be played as lateral hazards.

15.  All perimeter fences, walls, and white stakes are Out of Bounds.

16.  The 14-club Rule is NOT in effect.

17.  Collusion between players will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification.

18.  All prizes for the Invitational will be paid in either Promotional Chips, FREECREDIT or a luxury automobile, all as stated within these terms and conditions.

19.  Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees in addition to completing all applicable Wynn Las Vegas and American Hole-In-One forms acknowledging acceptance of their selected prize including without limitation a “Winner’s Affidavit”.

20.  The Invitational Awards Presentation will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023, at 3:00 p.m. at the Wynn Country Club.

21.  Winners of Promotional Chips in the Invitational may claim their Promotional Chips at the Wynn Las Vegas Main Cage after approximately 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, October 14, 2023.

22.  Winners of the Hole-In-One contest in the Invitational are required to provide appropriate tax identification information and if applicable, Wynn Las Vegas will collect appropriate taxes prior to awarding the prize. Hole-In-One prize winners must finalize their automobile selection with the dealership by 5:00 p.m. on Monday, October 16, 2023 and are responsible for any applicable taxes, title, registration, licensing and documentation fees associated with the purchase of the automobile.  Taxes, title and documentation fees will be collected by the dealership, along with proof of insurance, prior to winner taking possession of the automobile.

23.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual or disqualify any person before, during or after the Invitational.

24.  Any vendor or immediate family member of a vendor who provides promotional items for a tournament, promotion or drawing shall be prohibited from participating in that activity.

25.  Raiders Alumni players, employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are not permitted to win prizes in the Invitational.

26.  Players and their guests must be at least 21 years of age. 

27.  Winners of Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT will be required to immediately choose between receiving their prize in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. If a winner does not choose their prize by the end of the Invitational on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at approximately 6:00 p.m., their prize will be paid in Promotional Chips.

28.  Promotional Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Promotional Chips can continue until lost. Promotional Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promotional Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promotional Chip is retained as a tip, the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promotional Chips. A wager made with Promotional Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.

29.  FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in select Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Las Vegas slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Wynn Rewards Card Desk for details.

30.  FREECREDIT prizes are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 11, 2023. 

31.  Winners are responsible for verifying prize payment amounts prior to signing prize payout slips and accepting prizes.

32.  Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.

33.  Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Invitational at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

34.  Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan and the Las Vegas Raiders COVID-19 protocols. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts.  Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards.  The Wynn Resorts behavior standards and other applicable policies can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies or trespassed from property for non-compliance with such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Invitational and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Invitational.

35.  The Invitational and these Terms & Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.

Wynn and Raiders $150,000 Golf Invitational Prize Structure:

Prizes for the team event will be awarded in the form of Wynn Las Vegas Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT per team. Prize structure is based on 54 participants. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change based on the actual number of participants.

Closest-to-the-Pin Contests

Closest-to-the-Pin Contests will take place on hole #s 2, 5, 7 and 10. Each eligible member of the team participating in the Invitational with the player whose shot is closest-to-the-pin on any of the listed holes will receive $500 in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT. If there are any ties for the Closest-to-the-Pin contests, all teams with a player who tied will receive the $500 in Promotional Chips or FREECREDIT.

Hole-In-One Contests

Hole-in-One Contests will take place on the following holes: 

Hole #12 – a 195-yard par 3. The first player to make a hole-in-one on hole #12 during the Invitational will win 2024 Land Rover Defender 110,** valued at $125,000.
