Reservations are limited to Wynn Las Vegas Resort King, Wynn Las Vegas Resort Double, Encore Las Vegas Resort King, and Encore Las Vegas Resort Double Queen, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to two (2) consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select dates from May 25, 2021 through August 31, 2021. Resort Fee:   A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your resort room account for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls, a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee.


Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests and for two-bedroom suites is eight (8) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property. A deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. At time of check-in, the guest will be required to present the same method of payment as used when booking online, or will be required to provide an alternative method of payment. Should your plans require you to change your departure date, please note that fees may apply and your room rate is subject to change. A Late Check Out will be subject to a half or full day charge based on the current day's prevailing room rate, room type, and actual time of departure. An Early Departure will be subject to a penalty fee if notice is not received prior to check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.


DININGCREDIT: Offer is limited to a $50 DININGCREDIT during a stay booked under this offer. Two (2) consecutive night stay is required to receive $50 DININGCREDIT. The DININGCREDIT is valid toward food and beverage items charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas during your stay excluding Urth Caffé, Cipriani, La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Encore Beach Club, Mini Bar, retail items, taxes and gratuities. Availability to redeem the DININGCREDIT at the applicable Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas dining establishments is subject to availability and blackout dates may apply.  DININGCREDIT must be charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore Las Vegas during your stay. The DININGCREDIT will not show on your guest folio; it will be automatically applied. Any costs over and above the DININGCREDIT will appear on your guest folio and is responsibility of guest. Any unused DININGCREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout, will not be refunded, and has no cash value. If a guest uses any DININGCREDIT and checks out before the second (2nd) consecutive night’s stay, guest will be subject to a charge equal to the amount of DININGCREDIT used by the guest prior to checkout.
