$10,000 Promo Chips Virtual Drawing

Terms and Conditions 

March 10, 2021 – March 11, 2021

1.             The Wynn Rewards Kiosk Promotion - $10,000 Promo Chips Virtual Drawing (the “Promotion”) is limited to “local” Wynn Rewards members based on their individual offer. Participants of the Promotion will need to have their Wynn Rewards card and a PIN in order to participate. Please see the Wynn Rewards desk for assistance, if needed.

2.             Local Wynn Rewards members are defined as those individuals with a physical home address located in the greater Las Vegas area verified via a valid Nevada government issued photo ID on file in the Wynn Rewards database.

3.             Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Promotion in its sole discretion.

4.       Participants are eligible to earn virtual entries for the Promotion drawing (the “Virtual Drawing”) to be held on Thursday, March 11, 2021 taking place in a virtual drum in the Wynn Las Vegas Wynn Rewards Kiosk at approximately 8:00 p.m.

5.       Participants will be awarded one (1) Virtual Drawing entry for every one (1) hour of rated table game play with their Wynn Rewards Card at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore”) from 12:01 a.m. on Wednesday March 10, 2021 through 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021 (the “Promotional Period”). Participants can monitor how many Virtual Drawing entries they have earned by selecting the “Wynn Rewards Virtual Drawing” tile at any Wynn Rewards kiosk.

6.       Rated table game play refers to ratings earned while playing live table games at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore as recorded in the Wynn Las Vegas Patron Management system.

7.       For purposes of this Promotion, slots play, including electronic table games regardless if played in the live dealer mode, live poker play and race and sports betting are not eligible for player ratings.

8.       Promotional Period earnings are not eligible for other offers or promotions.

9.       Virtual Drawing entries may not be earned after 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, 2021. No exceptions.

10.   Virtual Drawing entries will automatically be entered prior to the start of the Virtual Drawing. Activation by participant is not required.

11.   Participants are eligible to earn Virtual Drawing entries more than once during the Promotional Period. Each one (1) hour of rated table play by a participant during the Promotional Period will equal one (1) entry into the Virtual Drawing; there is no limit to the number of entries a participant can earn during the Promotional Period.

12.   Each participant is eligible to win one (1) prize only.

13.   All Promotion prizes will be awarded in the form of Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable, one-time-bet use only promotional chips (“Promo Chips”). Participants are not required to be present at the time of the Virtual Drawing to be eligible to win.  Winning participants will be notified by a Wynn Rewards team member via phone call within one (1) day from the conclusion of the Virtual Drawing. In the event a winner does not answer the initial notification phone call, the Wynn Rewards team member will attempt to leave voicemail, if possible, and then will attempt to notify the winner via email.  Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible if a winner does not receive a phone call, voicemail or email notification due to circumstances beyond Wynn Las Vegas’s control, including but not limited to, poor cell phone reception, delays or technical difficulties by carrier, incorrect phone number(s) or email(s) on file, or failure by winner to timely see the message or hear the phone call or voicemail notification.

14.   While Wynn will attempt to notify winners who are not present at the Promotion via the phone number(s) and/or email address listed on winner’s Wynn Rewards account, participants are responsible for contacting their Casino Host, if applicable, or a Wynn Rewards Desk representative to determine if they won and to claim their prize. Participants are responsible for updating their Wynn Rewards account with the correct phone number(s) and email address prior to the start of the Promotion.

15.   To redeem Promo Chips, guest must present their government issued photo ID at the Wynn Main Cage where the guest’s prize will be verified.

16.   Promo Chips must be picked up by winners from the Wynn Main Cage beginning Thursday, March 11, 2021 at 9:00 p.m. but no later than 11:59 p.m. Thursday, March 18, 2021 or they will be forfeited. 

17.   Promo Chip denominations are predetermined based on prize won, may not be exchanged for cash, live chips, bet-until-you-lose promotional chips, or smaller denominations. The exchange of Promo Chips for larger denomination Promo Chips will only be allowed based on availability in the sole discretion of cage personnel.

18.   Promo Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed.  Wagering with Promo Chips is one-time-bet use only. Regardless of win or lose, the Promo Chip will be collected by the dealer. Promo Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Promo Chips must be returned to the player; if a Promo Chip is retained as a tip the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Promo Chips

19.    A wager made with Promo Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.

20.   Prizes will be drawn for in descending order.

21.   Participant and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own table play to be eligible to earn Virtual Drawing tickets; table play hours cannot be combined. Linked accounts are defined as legacy accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database prior to February 1, 2021.

22.   In case of a dispute, it is participant’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of a Wynn Rewards Desk representative immediately.

23.   For table game play ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Wynn Rewards card at a table game to initiate table game player ratings. Table game play not associated with a Wynn Rewards card will not be eligible.

24.   Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

25.   All prizes are non-transferable, have no cash value, may not be exchanged or substituted and may not be claimed or redeemed by anyone other than participant.

26.   Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

27.   Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

28.   Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

29.   Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

30.   Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Safety Plan. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion.

31.   A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

32.   The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 - 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management, which shall be deemed final.

All prizes will be awarded in the form of Wynn Las Vegas Promo Chips. Prizes and prize structure are subject to change, and odds of winning will vary, based on the number of participants and entries.
