Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each complimentary (if applicable) and purchased room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; unlimited local, domestic long distance (including HI and AK) and toll free calls; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. Complimentary Food and Beverage Credit: Food and beverage complimentaries are limited to the amount set forth in applicable offer and only apply to food and beverage items charged to your room at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas (excluding La Cave – Wine & Food Hideaway, Urth Caffé, Cipriani and gratuities). Any food and beverage costs over and above the amount of food and beverage complimentaries set forth in the offer will appear on your guest folio and are the responsibility of guest. Any unused food and beverage complimentaries will be forfeited upon checkout.  

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  If room nights are purchased beyond the number of complimentary room nights set forth in the offer, a deposit of one (1) night of room and tax (if applicable) will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit (if applicable) will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including large coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit. Encore Las Vegas is a pet friendly resort and guests bringing a pet(s) into the resort will be subject to the resort pet policy, including without limitation, a nightly fee of $125.
