Reservations limited to a Wynn Resort King, Wynn Resort Double, Wynn Panoramic View, Wynn Panoramic View Double, Wynn Tower Suite King, Encore Resort King, Encore Resort Double Queen, Encore Panoramic King, Encore Panoramic View Two Queens, Encore Tower Suite King, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, and are only available on select dates from July 16, 2020 through September 30, 2021.  Blackout dates may apply. A stay booked under this offer must be completed on or before September 30, 2021. Two (2) night minimum stay in each room is required to receive the third (3rd) complimentary night stay per room.  Every consecutive third (3rd), sixth (6th), ninth (9th) and twelfth (12th) night of a stay booked under this offer will be complimentary. This offer is only available for a maximum twelve (12) night stay. Resort Fee: A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax will be added to your room account for each room night, which entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. The total shown for your online reservation or in your confirmation email, as applicable, does not include this daily fee. 

Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: Only registered guests will be permitted access to hotel rooms and suites. A $50 surcharge per guest shall be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. Maximum occupancy for all standard rooms and suites is four (4) guests.  A fee of $500 per person will be applied to any room or suite in excess of maximum occupancy, up to $3,000.  Violations will result in eviction and trespass from property.  A deposit of one (1) night of room and tax will be charged at the time of booking and cancellations must be received at least 48 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room and resort fees and tax, plus $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in. Outside food and beverage, including coolers, are not permitted at the resort and casino.  Guests arriving with these items will be required to discard these items or leave them in their vehicle for the duration of their visit.
