2020 Local’s Rate Terms and Conditions

Reservations are limited to Wynn Las Vegas Resort King rooms and Encore Las Vegas Resort King rooms, subject to availability, limited to single or double occupancy, may only be booked up to 14 consecutive nights per trip, and are only available on select dates from June 29, 2020 through September 3, 2020, Sunday through Thursday. Blackout dates may apply. Wynn Las Vegas Resort King rooms may be booked under this offer for $110 per night including Resort Fee, subject to availability. Encore Las Vegas Resort King rooms may be booked under this offer for $120 per night including Resort Fee, subject to availability. Wynn Resort Double rooms and Encore Resort Double Queen rooms may be booked under this offer for an additional charge of $30 per night, subject to availability. A stay booked under this offer must be completed prior to September 3, 2020. Offer is restricted to Nevada residents only. Guest will be required to show a Nevada ID at time of check-in to redeem this offer.

Resort Fee:  A daily resort fee of $45 plus tax is included in this offer and your room account for each room night will be adjust to show this daily resort fee as included in the nightly rate. The daily resort fee entitles you to receive in-room Wi-Fi for four devices; access for up to two persons to our fitness center; access to our resort pools and sundecks; a dedicated concierge offering special dining access, spa reservations and golf tee times; a digital newsstand of magazines and newspapers; Alexa in-room entertainment services and room controls; standby valet parking access and a 24-hour elevator lobby security team for enhanced guest safety. Some amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, are subject to availability and guest demand. 


Additional Fees, Deposit and Cancellation Policies: A $50 surcharge per guest will be added for each guest exceeding the two (2) person limit. A deposit equal to the average value of one (1) night’s room rate and tax will be charged at the time of booking. Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date or deposit will be forfeited. A valid credit card authorized to cover room, resort fees (if applicable) and tax, plus a minimum of $150 a night for incidentals must be presented upon check-in.
