Win-Win at Wynn – Bonus Fortune Promo Chip Program
Terms and Conditions
July 1- August 16, 2020
1. The Win-Win at Wynn– Bonus Fortune Promo Chip Program (the “Program”) is limited to invited Red Card members who have a minimum of $100,000 USD in front money on deposit (“FM”) at Wynn Las Vegas or a minimum credit line (“CL”) at Wynn Las Vegas of $100,000 USD. Credit customers must clear their credit balances prior to the start of the Program in order to be eligible to participate.
2. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Program in its sole discretion.
3. Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to include additional players in the Program in its sole discretion.
4. The Program begins on Wednesday, July 1, 2020 at 3:00 a.m. and ends Sunday, August 16, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (the “Program Period”).
5. Participants are eligible to receive two percent (2%) of either their CL or FM, or combination thereof upon check-in, in Wynn Las Vegas non-negotiable promotional chips (“Bonus Promo Chips”) by satisfying one (1) of the following criteria:
i. have a minimum $100,000 or above in CL, FM or combination thereof upon check-in and have played to that level on their most recent trip within the 18 months prior to 12:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 1, 2020; or
ii. have at least twelve (12) hours of rated table game or slot play and a theoretical win equal to or greater than twenty-five percent (25%) of their CL, FM or combination thereof upon check-in, earned over ten (10) consecutive days during the Program Period; or
iii. have a quick-loss rating equal to or greater than their CL, FM or combination thereof upon check-in, earned over ten (10) consecutive days during the Program Period.
6. Participants are eligible to receive an additional one percent (1%) of either their CL or FM, or combination thereof upon check-in, in Bonus Promo Chips by satisfying the following criteria:
i. have at least fifteen (15) hours of rated table game or slot play and a theoretical win equal to or greater than thirty-two and one half percent (32.5%) of their CL, FM or combination thereof upon check-in, earned over ten (10) consecutive days during the Program Period.
7. Rated play, theoretical win, and quick loss refers to ratings based on playing at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas as recorded in the Wynn Las Vegas Patron Management system.
8. For table game ratings, participants are responsible for presenting their Red Card at a table game to initiate table player ratings. Table play not associated with a Red Card will not be eligible.
9. For purposes of this promotion, slot play, which includes electronic table games, is not eligible for player ratings.
10. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.
11. Players and any linked accounts may not combine their trip theoretical/trip actual ratings to increase eligibility for the Program.
12. Program Period earnings are not eligible for other offers or promotions.
13. Bonus Promo Chips must be picked up by participant no later than 11:59 p.m. Sunday, August 16, 2020 or the Bonus Promo Chips will be forfeited.
14. Bonus Promo Chips earned as part of the Program are valid until 11:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 30, 2020.
15. Players and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.
16. Bonus Promo Chips may be used to place wagers on all live table games and will be paid the same as live chips with the exception of roulette games where only even money wagers can be placed. Wagering with Bonus Promo Chips can continue until lost. Bonus Promo Chips do not have a value outside of wagering and cannot be used for tipping. Tips given in Bonus Promo Chips must be returned to the player. If a Bonus Promo Chip is retained as a tip, the value will be zero. Wynn Las Vegas does not permit off-setting wagers with Bonus Promo Chips.
17. A wager made with Bonus Promo Chips which is substantially above the player’s established maximum wager requires approval by Senior Management of Wynn Las Vegas.
18. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Program.
19. Wynn Las Vegas reserves all rights to cancel, modify or suspend the Program, or any element thereof, for any reason and without prior notice or liability.
20. A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Program, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
21. The Program and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statutes 463.362 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be deemed final.
