Red Card Buffet Promotion

Terms and Conditions

July 2 – August 31, 2020

1.        To be eligible to participate in the Red Card Buffet Promotion (the “Promotion”), participants must (i) be at least 21 years of age; (ii) enrolled in the Red Card program at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas (“Encore Las Vegas”); and (iii) have a valid email address and telephone number on file. 2.        Aside from being required to enroll in the Red Card program to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Red Card program is separate and distinct from the Promotion and is governed by its own terms and conditions. 

3.        For purposes of the Promotion, the Earning Period is from 12:01 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2020, and 11:59 p.m. Monday, August 31, 2020.

4.        Participants who earn 150 qualifying slot points while playing eligible slots within one (1) consecutive 24-hour period during the Earning Period will be eligible to earn one (1) complimentary brunch to The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas (“The Buffet”).

5.        Participants who earn 300 qualifying slot points while playing eligible slots within one (1) consecutive 24-hour period during the Earning Period will be eligible to earn one (1) complimentary dinner to The Buffet.

6.        Participant may claim their buffet award(s) by visiting a Red Card desk during standard desk hours before 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, 2020. Additional terms and conditions apply as stated below.

7.        Participants are only eligible to receive a maximum one (1) buffet brunch and one (1) buffet dinner during this Promotion; regardless of how many slot points are earned. The Promotion cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.

8.        Only reel slot games are eligible for the promotion. Video poker and blackjack games, keno games, electronic table or roulette games, and live table or card games are not eligible for this promotion.

9.        Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not earn points.

10.      Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

11.      It is participant's responsibility to regularly check that the bezel around the Red Card reader is a solid green indicating participant is actively engaged in playing a slot machine. Participant's Red Card will timeout and the bezel will turn yellow and blink indicating an inactive status when participant's play pauses too long. The bezel will be red if a Red Card is not inserted or is inserted incorrectly.

12.      Points will be officially earned only after a player’s gaming session is complete. For slot play, a gaming session is complete only after a player’s Red Card is removed.

13.      Participants and linked account participants must qualify individually based on their own slot play to be eligible to earn slot points; slot points may not be combined to increase eligibility. Linked accounts are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database.

14.      Reservations are required for The Buffet and are subject to availability and blackout dates. In the event The Buffet is not available, Wynn Las Vegas Management reserves the right to substitute The Buffet complimentary cover with dining credit to another Wynn Las Vegas casual dining venue, in their sole and absolute discretion. If a dining credit to another restaurant is offered in lieu of The Buffet, the same terms and conditions will apply.

15.      Brunch Award additional terms: The brunch award is for one (1) complimentary brunch cover for one (1) qualifying participant to The Buffet; subject to availability and blackout dates. Reservations are required. Dress code may apply. Must be redeemed by 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2020. The Buffet cover may only be used for brunch and may not be exchanged or used as credit toward the dinner menu. Alcoholic beverages, gratuities, Endless Pours, Gourmet Brunch and VIP Buffet Package are not included.  Any additional expenses are the responsibility of participant.

16.      Dinner Award additional terms: The dinner award is for one (1) complimentary dinner cover for one (1) qualifying participant to The Buffet; subject to availability and blackout dates. Reservations are required. Dress code may apply. Must be redeemed by 5:00 p.m. on September 1, 2020. The Buffet cover may only be used for dinner and may not be exchanged or used as credit toward the brunch menu. Alcoholic beverages, gratuities, Endless Pours, Gourmet Dinner and VIP Buffet Package are not included. Any additional expenses are the responsibility of participant.

17.      All awards are non-transferable, may not be substituted or changed after issuance, are not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, and have no cash value. Unredeemed or unused awards will be forfeited upon expiration of the applicable award usage period and will not be reissued or replaced.

18.      Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age.

19.      Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

20.      Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Promotion.

21.      Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies, promotional companies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Promotion.

22.      Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Promotion in its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.

23.      Participants and guests will be required to adhere to all applicable Wynn Las Vegas policies, including, without limitation, the Wynn Las Vegas Health & Disinfection Program. In the event participant is prevented from accessing property as a result of such policies, then participant shall be prohibited from participating in the Promotion and will not be entitled to any prizes or gifts associated with the Promotion. 

24.      A risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place or accommodation. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can cause severe illness and death. By visiting Wynn Las Vegas Resort and participating in the Promotion, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.

25.      Aside from being required to enroll in the Red Card program to be eligible to participate in the Promotion, the Red Card program is separate and distinct from the Promotion and is governed by its own terms and conditions. 

26.      The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A and subject thereto, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management which shall be deemed final.
