Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus

  1. The Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus is a limited offer only available to the first one hundred fifty (150) eligible New Account Holders (defined below) who fund a Wynn Mobile Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account with a minimum deposit of $500 USD.
  2. To be eligible to participate in the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus program, participants must be a Red Card Member who opens a new Wynn Mobile Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account with a minimum deposit of $500 USD (a “New Account Holder”). A New Account Holder must not have, at any time prior to September 16, 2016, had a Wynn Mobile Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account.
  3. Wynn Mobile Sports Wagering Account Holders who open a separate Wynn Mobile Pari-Mutuel Wagering Account with a minimum deposit of $500 USD September 16, 2016 or after are eligible to participate in this Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus program.
  4. New Account Holders will be eligible to receive a paid-by-Wynn Las Vegas three (3) month subscription (“Subscription”) to Daily Racing Form’s DRF+ and its 20-card Classic Past Performance (PP) plans. DRF+ provides full access to Daily Racing Form’s online (DRF.com) horseracing news subscription service. The 20-card Classic PP provides the ability to download 20 complete past race card performances. DRF+ and 20-card Classic PP plans have an estimated retail value of $55.95.
  5. Wynn Las Vegas Management will determine the first one hundred fifty (150) eligible New Account Holders and such persons will be notified in person, if applicable, or via phone or email within thirty (30) days after eligibility is determined.
  6. Subscription does not include any other services that might be offered by Daily Racing Form including but not limited to other plans or programs whether individual or package, subscriptions, tournaments, bets and wagering, and sponsored events.
  7. Participant is solely responsible for all account setup, activity and maintenance on DRF.com. Wynn Las Vegas will not be responsible for sending reminders as to when the Subscription will end.
  8. Wynn Las Vegas is not responsible for any third party fees that may be incurred by Participant while using the Subscription or Wynn Mobile App including but not limited to, cell phone usage, data charges, text charges, remote access fees and other overages incurred while accessing DRF.com or Wynn Mobile App.

  11. A valid credit card is required to set up an account on DRF.com. Participant must redeem the subscription within ninety (90) days after being notified of eligibility. DRF+ and 20-card Classic PP’s must be used within three (3) months after redeeming paid-by-Wynn Las Vegas Subscription.
  12. Participants must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus.
  13. Participant is only eligible to receive one (1) offer as a result of this Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus.
  14. This offer is non-transferable and may not be combined with any other offer. Offer has no cash value.
  15. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.
  16. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus.
  17. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus.
  18. Prior to the start of the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
  19. This offer is property of Wynn Las Vegas and cannot be published or posted on any third party websites without the prior written approval of Wynn Las Vegas.
  20. This offer is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
  21. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the Wynn Horse Racing Mobile Signup Bonus are final.
