Holland America Line Seven (7) Day Viking Sagas Cruise 

Terms and Conditions 

August 19 – 26, 2023

1. To participate in the Holland America Line Seven (7) Day Viking Sagas Cruise (the “Event”), participants must be invited Wynn Rewards members who have registered and confirmed their participation in the Event with their Wynn Las Vegas marketing executive by July 14, 2023.
2. Wynn Las Vegas management reserves the right to invite participants to participate in the Event in its sole discretion.
3. Participants registered for the Event will receive: (i) a complimentary seven (7) day Holland America Line cruise for two (2) people sailing August 19–26, 2023 onboard the Rotterdam from Amsterdam, The Netherlands (the “Cruise”), and (ii) Wynn Las Vegas FREECREDIT (“FREECREDIT“) equal to the amount the participant spends on airfare for themselves and their guest to and from the participant’s closest major domestic airport and the Cruise, up to the maximum of $2,500 in FREECREDIT.
4. Participants must arrange and purchase airfare to and from the Cruise for themselves and their guest and submit the receipt(s) to their Wynn Las Vegas marketing executive by 5:00 p.m. PT on Friday, August 18, 2023, to receive the FREECREDIT.
5. Offer is for promotional purposes only and will not be accepted as entry to the event.
6. Cruise is valid only for the guests named on the tickets for the date and ship indicated, may only be redeemed one (1) time, is non-transferable, may not be combined with or exchanged for any other offer and has no cash value.
7. Participants are responsible for travel to and from the participant’s closest major airport and the Cruise, for transfers between the airports and the ship on the day of embarkation and disembarkation, pre and post Cruise accommodations, and for all on-board expenses not otherwise included herein.
8. The Cruise is for the invited Wynn Rewards member and one (1) guest. The invited Wynn Rewards member must travel on the Cruise in order to redeem the Offer.
9. Cancellations and changes must be received no later than July 14, 2023. Any changes requested after July 14, 2023, are subject to change and/or cancellation fees.
10. Cruise includes all normal shipboard services and facilities, plus all non-alcoholic beverages, select wines and liquors, gratuities for housekeeping, dining and bar staff, and port government fees and taxes and fuel surcharges, as applicable. Additional services including but not limited to shore excursions, sightseeing or meals ashore, laundry or valet service, or any item or service whatsoever of a personal nature, such as medical treatment, massage, and spa services are not included.
11. A passport is required for International travel and is the responsibility of the participant and their guest.
12. Cruise participants and their travel guests are responsible for all fees associated with obtaining a passport, visas and any other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation.
13. Travel insurance is not included with the Cruise and is the responsibility of the participants should they choose to purchase it.
14. Each Cruise participant and their guest must execute a full and complete release of Wynn Las Vegas and its affiliates prior to travel.
15. Cruise participants and guests are required to be on board the ship at least two (2) hours before departure time. At the time of embarkation, participants the guests are responsible for having received all medical inoculations necessary for the voyage and having in their possession the tickets, valid passports, visas and other documents necessary for the scheduled ports of call and disembarkation. If the guests do not have proper documentation, they will not be allowed to board the ship and their Cruise will be forfeited.

17. Participants and guests will be required to adhere to applicable Holland America Line vaccination and testing requirements, which are available at https://www.hollandamerica.com/en_US/worry-free-promise/travel-well/frequently-asked-questions.html . Transfers, refunds or exchanges will not be given for participants and guests who fail to meet these requirements, and Cruise will be forfeited.
18. FREECREDIT may only be used at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas from 12:01 a.m. on Sunday, August 27, 2023, through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, December 25, 2023.
19. FREECREDIT must be claimed by August 18, 2023 and may not be combined with any Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas offer, special event or promotion (including but not limited to casino marketing offers and tournament invitations).
20. Offer is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
21. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the Event and any travel related to and including the Cruise.
22. Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.
23. Any vendor, or immediate family member of a vendor, who provides promotional items for the Event shall be prohibited from participating in the Event.
24. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Event.
25. This offer is property of Wynn Las Vegas™ and cannot be published or posted on any third-party websites without the prior written approval of Wynn Las Vegas™.
26. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the Event at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
27. Wynn Resorts requires appropriate and respectful interactions between our guests and employees in our resorts. Wynn Resorts reserves the right to trespass anyone exhibiting behavior, language, or clothing that, at our discretion, is inconsistent with the Wynn Resorts behavior standards and other applicable policies, which can be accessed at www.wynnlasvegas.com.
