TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway
Terms & Conditions
September 28 – October 2, 2015

1. To enter the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway participants must have qualified to participate in the 2015 National TournEvent of Champions Tournament hosted by Multimedia Gaming and be a Red Card member with a confirmed room and tournament reservation at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas based upon their individual offer.

2. Registered participants will automatically receive two (2) complimentary tickets to see Steve Wynn’s Showstoppers at Wynn Las Vegas. Participants must pick up their complimentary show tickets voucher at the Encore Red Card Desk, during Red Card Desk operating hours on Monday, September 28, 2015 or Tuesday, September 29, 2015. Steve Wynn’s Showstoppers tickets are valid for the 9:00 p.m. show on Monday, September 28, 2015, the 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. show on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 or the 7:00 p.m. or 9:00 p.m. show on Friday, October 2, 2015. Steve Wynn’s Showstoppers tickets are non-transferable, not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, and have no cash value.

3. TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament registration will take place at the Encore Red Card Desk from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Monday, September 28, 2015. Participants may not register after 7:00 p.m. Participants must obtain a registration receipt confirming their participation and their assigned session time during registration.

4. The TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament will take place in the Encore Tournament Arena, located across from Society Café on Monday, September 28, 2015 from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. Participants must be present to play ten (10) minutes prior to their assigned session time. Failure to be present will eliminate the participant from participation in the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament.

5. Participants must present their registration receipt for admission to the Tournament Arena for the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament on Monday, September 28, 2015.

6. Each TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament participant will play in one (1) five (5) minute round.

7. Each registered TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament participant will automatically start with a score of 10,000.

8. Participant’s score will be determined by the number of points registered on the participant’s assigned slot machine at the end of the five (5) minute round. Scores will automatically be recorded by the Tournament Manager System. Machines will be automatically re-set to 10,000 after each session.

9. The top three (3) scores from each session of the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament will be awarded a prize.

10. All prizes will be issued immediately following session play on Monday, September 28, 2015.

11. In the event of a tie, all tied participants will receive the applicable prize.

12. In case of a dispute, it is the player’s responsibility to bring it to the attention of the Tournament Director immediately.

13. Substitutes are not allowed for the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament.

14. Participants registered for the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway will be awarded one (1) drawing ticket for every 2,000 slot points earned on their Red Card at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.

15. Tickets may not be earned after 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.

16. Drawing Ticket Redemption will take place during Red Card Desk operating hours at any Wynn Las Vegas or Encore Red Card Desk from 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 through 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015. Tickets may not be redeemed after 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.

17. The Drawing Drum will be located at the Encore Red Card Desk beginning at 12:01 a.m. on Tuesday, September 29, 2015 through 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015.

18. Participants are responsible for inserting their Red Card into the slot machine correctly.

19. Participants who insert their Red Card incorrectly will not be credited for slot play that is not accrued on their Red Card.

20. Slot play not associated with a Red Card will not be included in drawing ticket redemption.

21. Participants are responsible for depositing their drawing tickets into the Drawing Drum prior to the start of the drawing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at the Encore Red Card Desk.

22. TournEvent of Champions Giveaway ticket printing must be completed by the registered participant only. Neither Wynn Las Vegas or Encore employees nor any individual other than the registered participant may print tickets on behalf of registered participants; no exceptions.

23. Linked account participants are defined as accounts that are connected in Wynn Las Vegas’ customer database and share the same address.

24. Participants must be present at the drawing at the Encore Red Card Desk at 6 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 to win the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway; no exceptions. If a participant is not present and their ticket is selected, a new ticket will be drawn until a player is present.

25. If a participant’s ticket is drawn more than once in the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway, a new ticket will be drawn until a different participant’s ticket is drawn.

26. Each participant who earns at least five (5) tickets in the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway will automatically be entered into the Bonus Drawing by a Slot Marketing Representative for a chance to win a future Premium Stay at Wynn. Participants must be present at the Bonus Drawing at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 1, 2015 to be eligible to win the Bonus Drawing; no exceptions. If a participant is not present and their ticket is selected, a new ticket will be drawn until a player is present.

27. The Premium Stay at Wynn includes: three (3) night stay at Wynn Las Vegas in a Resort King room with $300 DININGCREDIT. DININGCREDIT is valid for meals charged to your room at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore during your stay. The DININGCREDIT will not show on your guest folio; it will be automatically applied. Any costs over and above the DININGCREDIT will appear on your guest folio as “Package Overage”. Any unused DININGCREDIT will be forfeited upon checkout and has no cash value. The Premium Stay at Wynn expires on Saturday, October 1, 2016 and is based on booking availability.

28. Eligible participants are eligible to win one (1) prize in the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament, one (1) prize in the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway and one (1) prize in the Bonus Drawing only. Once an account (including linked accounts) has won a prize in the the TournEvent of Champions Giveaway, all other drawing tickets in that drawing associated with that account will be deemed void.

29. Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes and all other fees.

30. FREECREDIT prizes are valid for use in Wynn Las Vegas or Encore slot machines only; certain exclusions apply. Please inquire with the Red Card Desk for details.

31. FREECREDIT prizes are valid until Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 11:59 p.m.

32. VIP passes to The Buffet at Wynn Las Vegas are valid for breakfast, lunch or dinner can be used from 12:01 a.m. on Monday, September 28, 2015 through 11:59 p.m. on Saturday, October 3, 2015. Alcohol, gratuity and the Champagne Brunch are not included. Buffet blackout dates may apply. Buffet passes are non-transferable, not available over holidays, may not be combined with any other offer, may only be redeemed one time, and have no cash value.

33. Prizes are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered participant.

34. Participants and their guests must be at least 21 years of age to participate in the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway. Each participant is allowed no more than one (1) guest.

35. Collusion between participants will not be accepted by Wynn Las Vegas and will lead to disqualification from the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway.

36. Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway.

37. Subject to the Gaming Control Board’s appeals process, all decisions made by Wynn Las Vegas Management regarding all aspects of the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway are final.

38. Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts®, its subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway.

39. Prior to the start of the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway, Wynn Las Vegas reserves the right to cancel, modify or change the TournEvent of Champions Warm-Up Tournament & Giveaway at its sole discretion and without prior notice or liability.
