Wynn Invitational Virtual Tournament Series 

Terms and Conditions 

July 10 – December 4, 2020

1.       The Wynn Invitational Virtual Tournament (the “Invitational”) is limited to invited guests of Wynn Las Vegas (“WLV”).

2.       Wynn Social Gaming, LLC (“Wynn Social”) reserves the right to invite players to participate in the Invitational in its sole discretion.

3.       NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS INVITATIONAL.

4.       Participants must i) be at least 21 years of age, be a U.S. resident and meet all other eligibility requirements for using the Wynn Slots App, ii) download the Wynn Slots App on an iOS or Android run device, if not already downloaded, iii) agree to accept and abide by the Wynn Slots Terms of Service and Privacy Policy which can be found at https://wynnslot.com/, and iv) click on the “ENTER NOW” link in their email and provide their last name and exact six-character unique code (code is case sensitive) when prompted to verify they are the intended recipient.

5.       The Invitational consists of six (6) slot tournaments (each a “Tournament” and collectively the “Tournaments”) taking place within the Wynn Slots App on Friday, July 10, 2020 (Tournament 1), Friday, August 7, 2020 (Tournament 2), Friday, September 4, 2020 (Tournament 3), Friday, October 2, 2020 (Tournament 4), Friday, November 6, 2020 (Tournament 5) and Friday, December 4, 2020 (Finale Tournament). Each Tournament will commence at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and end at 6:00 p.m. PT that Tournament day (“Tournament Period”).

6.       Participants only need to click on the “ENTER NOW” link in their email one time to participate in a Tournament; after that they can come and go throughout the Tournament Period just by entering the Wynn Slots App and clicking on the “Invitational” icon next to the “Bonus Ready” button on the bottom right.

7.       Each participant will start with fifty million (50,000,000) coins for Tournaments 1 - 5 and 100 million (100,000,000) coins for Finale Tournament to bet as they wish during the Tournament.

8.       Participant may play in any of the slot games within the Wynn Slots App. Battle Mode games are not eligible for this Invitational. Coins gained from Store Purchases, Daily Rewards Claims, Sales Offer Claims, Battle Modes, Mini Tournaments, Regular Tournaments, Club Tournaments, Bingo, Piggy Bank, Level-Up, Scratchers & other means will not count toward Tournament balance.

9.       There are no minimum or maximum bets.

10.   Scores for each Tournament will be determined by the total number of coins earned by Participant while playing the slot games during that Tournament Period. Scores are reset at the beginning of each Tournament.

11.   Additional coins purchased or earned outside of the Tournament Period will not be included in participant’s total score for any of the Tournaments. Upon expiration of the Tournament Period, any coins remaining will be comingled with other coins available for participant to play in the Wynn Slots App; they will not be held over for subsequent Tournaments. If participant plays in more than one Tournament, coins available for that subsequent Tournament will be reset to start fifty million (50,000,000) or 100 million (100,000,000) coins, as applicable.

12.   In the event of a tie, the participants who are tied will equally split the sum total of the applicable prizes. For example, if three (3) participants tie for third place, they will equally split the third, fourth and fifth place prizes; the next highest score will receive the sixth place prize.

13.   Participant may win multiple prizes but only one (1) prize per Tournament.

14.   All Tournament scores will be tracked and shown within the Wynn Slots App. Participant may tap on the Tournament Leaderboard to see their own progress as well as others.

15.   Wynn Social and any affiliate is not responsible for any internet connection issues or device malfunctions resulting in participant’s inability to participate in a Tournament or earn coins.

16.   Prizes awarded will be in the form of WLV Red Card points which will be added to winner’s WLV Red Card account for use at WLV and must be used with ninety (90) days of award date.  Any such Red Card points won in a Tournament not used ninety (90) days of winning of the award date will be void. Winners will be notified via the email on file with and by WLV; however, no action will be required to claim. All prizes will automatically be uploaded.  

17.   All prizes may only be redeemed at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. Please inquire with the Red Card desk for details.

18.   Prizes are non-transferable, may not be substituted or exchanged and may only be claimed and redeemed by the registered participant. 

19.   Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and all other fees.

20.   Collusion between participants will not be accepted and will lead to disqualification.

21.   Coins and Rewards mentioned in these Terms and Conditions refer to Virtual Currency and Wynn Social Rewards, respectively, as defined in the Wynn Slots Terms of Service. Earning of virtual gems, VIP points, VIP levels or other items and redemption of Wynn Social Rewards will be in accordance with all Wynn Slots Terms of Service.

22.   Invitational invite is only for the intended recipient, has no cash value and may not be transferred, substituted, or exchanged. If participant’s Wynn Slots App account is suspended or terminated for any reason, participation in the Invitational will be revoked and any Virtual Currency or prizes won will be forfeited and will not be replaced or refunded.

23.   While participant may have a WLV Red Card and may be invited to participate in the Invitational because they are a WLV guest, playing the Wynn Slots App is separate and distinct from being a guest at WLV or a member of the Red Card program. Other than potentially winning a Prize, participant will not receive any WLV slot points, ratings, or credit on their WLV Red Card or at WLV as a result of playing the Wynn Slots App or participating in the Invitational, whether Virtual Currency is awarded or purchased.

24.   Employees and/or relatives of Wynn Resorts™, Torpedo Labs, their subsidiaries and advertising agencies or representatives are ineligible to participate in the Invitational.

25.   Wynn Social reserves the right to disqualify any person before, during, or after redemption of the Invitational at its sole discretion.

26.   Wynn Social reserves the right to modify or cancel the Invitational at any time at its sole discretion.

27.   The Invitational is run by Wynn Social not Wynn Las Vegas or Wynn Resorts. The scores noted within the Wynn Slots App are final. In the event of a dispute, all decisions made by Wynn Social shall be deemed final. The Invitational and these Terms & Conditions are subject to Nevada Revised Statues 463.362 – 463.3668 and Nevada Gaming Commission Regulation 7A.

Prize Structures:

All prizes will be awarded in the form of Wynn Las Vegas Red Card points for use at Wynn Las Vegas or Encore at Wynn Las Vegas.
