Even as the Wynn and Encore casinos have fully reopened, we continue to be diligent about cleaning and safety measures. Slot machines, table rails, chairs, ATMs and other high-touch areas are disinfected regularly. Casino chips, cards and dice are also cleaned and sanitized regularly. Blackjack games will continue to be dealt face up, and customers do not touch cards. Baccarat cards will continue to be destroyed after each use. Guests are also encouraged to use hand sanitizer, available at convenient stations and bottles throughout both casinos, prior to play.

Please be advised that face coverings are mandatory in all indoor spaces for vaccinated and unvaccinated guests at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore in accordance with the Nevada Governor's directive. Only those wearing a face covering will be allowed to enter the property. This mandate does not apply to outdoor areas including our pools and golf course. Golf carts and loaner clubs will be disinfected before and after each round.  One player per cart unless they are immediate family members.  Addition of inserts into golf hole cups allow easy removal of balls.  Tee time spacing will be increased to 20-minute intervals.  Every other bay to be utilized for warm-up area.  Caddies will utilize their own golf cart and refrain from handling guest tees, markers, scorecards, pencils and other small equipment.

Guests will be assigned a room that has been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. Each guest room will receive a COVID-19 awareness card outlining the health and disinfection steps being taken by the resort and sanitizer will be provided in each room for guest use.  In-room Alexas can be utilized to open the drapes and sheers, to control the lights and air conditioning and to answer frequently asked questions about the services provided at the resort.

Hand-sanitizer dispensers, touchless whenever possible, continue to be available at contact areas such as driveways, reception areas, hotel lobbies, the casino floor, restaurant entrances, meeting and convention spaces, elevator landings, pools, salons and exercise areas.

Employees will disinfect the hotel guest elevator button panels at regular intervals, at least once per hour.  Queuing lines will be clearly marked for appropriate physical distancing.  No more than eight guests will be permitted per elevator.

Guests are advised to practice physical distancing by standing at least three feet away from other groups of people not traveling with them while standing in lines, waiting for elevators, or moving around the property. Restaurant and lounge tables and other physical layouts have also been arranged to ensure appropriate distancing.

You will continue to enjoy the best food, drinks and service that you have come to expect from Wynn and Encore Las Vegas, paired with additional thoughtful touches throughout your meal. Menus are presented to you fresh as single-use paper and are also available digitally via your own phone or tablet. Your place setting is delivered to the table after you are seated. We also provide additional utensils to share large-format or family-style dishes. Our industry-leading food safety program has been further enhanced, and our service teams and kitchen professionals are receiving additional training to ensure your experience is safe and delicious.

In accordance with Clark County’s Local Mitigation Plan effective May 1, 2021, Las Vegas area restaurant and lounge occupancies are reduced, including at Wynn and Encore Las Vegas. We highly encourage you to make a reservation at your favorite restaurant or lounge as soon as possible as seating is limited and subject to availability. Reservations may be made by calling 702-770-DINE, or with the host/hostess at the venue.

Yes, however, guest occupancy limits will be enforced to meet local health authority guidelines and to allow for appropriate distancing.

Yes. Salon services will be provided by reservation only.  Guests will be asked to wear a face covering and wait outside of the salon until their scheduled appointment time.  Treatment chairs will be physically distanced by a minimum of six feet or divided by partitions.  All contact surfaces, tools, utensils, equipment, carts and trolleys to be cleaned and disinfected between guests in accordance with Nevada State Board of Cosmetology guidance.

Our employees have been given clear instructions on how to respond swiftly to all presumed cases of COVID-19 on property. We will be ready to provide support to our guests. Employees are instructed to stay home if they do not feel well and are instructed to contact a manager if they notice a coworker or guest displaying or complaining of a cough, fever, shortness of breath, chills, a new loss of taste or smell, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat or other known symptoms of COVID-19.  Employees and guests who are exhibiting any of the symptoms of COVID-19 while at the property are instructed to immediately notify their manager (employees) or hotel security at +1 (702) 770-2820 (guests or employees).  Employees who are well but have a household member with COVID-19 are instructed to self-quarantine for 14 days.  A certified emergency medical technician (EMT) will be on site 24 hours per day during the initial reopening period.
