Come gather beneath the moonlit canopy of Sinatra’s outdoor courtyard for a dinner experience that is sure to be a highlight of the weekend. Sinatra executive chef Theo Schoenegger will craft a multi-course menu celebrating the wines of Piedmont. Throughout the evening, Gaia and Giovanni Gaja will share the stories behind such extraordinary wines as Alteni di Brassica, Gaia & Rey, Sperrs, Barbaresco, and Darmagi, all coming directly from the Gaja family’s personal library. Four decades worth of wine will be explored going back to 1988.
