True connoisseurs appreciate Piedmont for its almost mystical allure: fog-veiled hillsides, golden sunsets, white truffle-hunting dogs, and exquisite wines. The region is most often associated with the renowned reds of Barolo, but is equally known for Barbera and Barbaresco wines. It is also the birthplace of GAJA, the legendary winery that launched the resurgence of Italian wines and led Barbaresco to international acclaim. Join us for an exclusive event inside Delilah, where we will taste wines such as GAJA Alteni di Brassica, GAJA Costa Russi, and GAJA Sori Tildin, among others. Chef Joshua Smith will craft Piedmont-inspired small bites, and special guests, Gaia and Giovanni Gaja bring with them the warmth, style, and spirit of Piedmont.
