In this exclusive interactive experience, the author of The New American Steakhouse Cookbook will share his secrets for selecting cuts, seasoning steak and achieving the perfect char. This unique afternoon includes an outdoor grilling class, where you will man a cooking station and grill alongside Walzog and his team. A casual lunch will follow.
