Wazuzu Executive Chef Jimmy Widjaja guides you through the secrets of creating the perfect bowl of ramen, from savory broths to homemade noodles and fresh, flavorful toppings. The Wynn’s master dim sum chef will also be on hand to teach the art of filling, folding, pleating and cooking perfect gyoza dumplings. Your friends and family will love your newfound talent in crafting these slurp-worthy dishes, which you will enjoy during a casual kitchen lunch following the lesson.
