Wynn Master Class
Thursday, March 22 at 2 p.m.
Led by executive pastry Chef Patrice Caillot, this interactive demo takes guests behind the scenes and into Wynn’s pastry kitchens, where they will learn from the masters the basics of making and working with chocolate. Participants will get a crash course in emulsions, tempering, molding and piping, while tasting a variety of Wynn’s artisanal chocolates, hand crafted daily. This chocolate-lover’s dream experience is limited to just 12 participants.
