With Valentine’s Day a heartbeat away, Wynn’s executive pastry chef Patrice Caillot joins with Wynn’s executive director of wine Brian Weitzman for this exploration of the sublime pairing of chocolate and Champagne. A selection of chocolate delights, including pastries made from single origin chocolates, will be paired with a variety of sparklers – from Champagne and prosecco to cava. It’s a unique tasting that would have winged Cupid blushing with pride.
