Costume Terms & Conditions
Guests’ costumes must not encroach on seats other than those paid for by the attendee(s) and must not obstruct the view of other attendees. Management and show ushers may ask any ticket holder to remove any element of their costume if it interferes in any way with the show experience. This may include hats and wigs. Refunds will not be issued if removal asks cannot be fulfilled as requested by resort management.
Props, costume props, or detachable costume elements are not permitted within Encore Theater.
Guests’ costumes may not include masks or other items including but not limited to, hats or veils that cover or obscure the wearer’s faces and prohibits an effective identification when in the gaming area, including the cage, in retail areas, or transiting through the property. If a guest is wearing face paint that prohibits effective identification, the guest will be asked to depart from any gaming area.
Guests may wear masks, face paint, and veils once they are inside the theater and have submitted to the necessary identification check.
Guests may not wear costumes that indicate they are security or law enforcement. Guests dressed in this manner will not be permitted to enter Wynn or Encore Las Vegas.
Costumes are only permitted in the casual dining venues, and each venue may have specific costume rules.
Weapons of any kind, including toy or fake, are not permitted on property. Guests with toy/fake weapons will be given an opportunity to return “weapons” to their rooms or cars or they will be confiscated as if an actual weapon.
Clark County Code requires that individuals cover “private” areas, including the female breast below the top of the areola, with fully opaque covering. In addition to the above, the Gaming Control Board’s standard requires individuals in the gaming area have their buttocks completely covered by a fully opaque covering. For the purposes of this definition, "fully opaque covering" does NOT include pasties, latex paint, or hair pieces.
