Dive into the world of premium sake with this lively, fun and informative class led by Mizumi’s “kikisake-Shi” (certified sake sommelier) Aaron Baek and Wynn’s executive director of wine, Mark Thomas. Together, they’ll walk you through the sake production process and explain how master brewers start with rice and water to ultimately produce what the Japanese call the drink of the Gods. Join executive chef Luke Palladino and Frank Sinatra’s granddaughter, AJ Lambert, inside his namesake restaurant for a lively cooking demonstration on how to prepare some of the legendary entertainer’s favorite dishes, his way. In this exclusive interactive experience, the author of “The New American Steakhouse Cookbook” will share his secrets for selecting cuts, seasoning steak, ribs and poultry, and achieving the perfect char. Wynn’s executive director of wine Mark Thomas joins the class to share his tips for choosing grill-friendly wines.
