NEW YEAR’S EVE
Ring in 2018 with feasts and festivities offered throughout the restaurants of Wynn and Encore.
On Sunday, December 31, indulge with New Year’s Eve celebrations offered in a number of opulent settings. Costa di Mare, The Country Club, Lakeside, Mizumi, and SW Steakhouse will each feature a five-course prix fixe menu including a midnight Champagne toast, DJ and music for dancing. Prix fixe menus will also be featured at Andrea's, with six courses and a midnight Champagne toast; Sinatra, with five courses and a welcome cocktail;
La Cave, with five courses and a wine pairing option; and Allegro, with four courses and a welcome prosecco cocktail. At Jardin, a three-course prix fixe menu will be offered in addition to the full a la carte menu. To cap off the night, Eastside Lounge will offer sweets, a midnight Champagne toast, DJ and music for dancing beginning at 9 p.m.

A daily menu of savory bites and sweet treats accompany stunning views and inventive cocktails at Parasol Down.
The dazzling vista of the Lake of Dreams awaits at Parasol Down, a colorful lounge offering a sharable menu of savory bites and sweet treats created to pair perfectly with an imaginative list of cocktails and spirits. Enjoy small plates such as warm pretzel bites, yellowfin tuna tartare and shrimp cocktail, and for something a little more decadent, indulge with house-made beignets, Tahitian vanilla ice cream pops, Devil’s food cake and more. Each night, at the landmark James Beard House in New York City, celebrated chefs at the top of their game from all across the nation cook for the world’s most passionate eaters, food editors and critics. Costa di Mare executive chef Mark LoRusso had the honor of hosting one of these showcase dinners, preparing his distinctive Italian coastal cuisine to a sold-out house. Now, our guests can savor the exact menu that was offered at the James Beard House, course for course, along with the wines that were paired to each dish. BAR BITES AT COSTA DI MARE
The bar at Costa di Mare offers a daily selection of small plates, perfect for sharing.
Celebrate la dolce vita with sharable plates at Costa di Mare. Choose from a selection of both savory and sweet bites like short rib arancini, steamed black mussels, pear and fig crostata and house made gelatos and sorbetti. A variety of classic Italian cocktails, beers and wines complement each dish. The menu is available daily in the bar at Costa di Mare

Chef Rene Lenger’s popular Sunday brunch at The Country Club
featuring the spirited jazz of a live Dixieland band is a weekly event not to be missed. Brunch is served buffet style and includes a carving station and selections from Lenger’s kitchen. Jazz brunch is served Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
