The Bar at Costa di Mare at Wynn

Visit the bar at Costa di Mare to join in aperitivo, a social experience inspired by the Italian tradition of gathering with loved ones to celebrate la dolce vita. Choose from a number of small plates, perfect for sharing, including arancini al ragu (risotto fritters filled with short rib ragu, Parmigiano-Reggiano and pomodoro), beef carpaccio with arugula salad and tonnato sauce, shrimp with pancetta in a marsala glaze, as well as savory bruschetta, salumi, olives and more. Also available is the house’s signature frittura—an assortment of expertly fried Mediterranean fish, served with crispy artichoke and pickled lemon. A variety of classic Italian cocktails complement the plates, among them the Bellini, Aperol spritz, Campari spritz and a selection of Italian beers and wines. Aperitivo is featured nightly in the bar from 5 to 7 p.m., perfect for before a show or appetizers before dinner.

Inspired by a recent visit to Italy's coastal regions and the fresh, seasonal ingredients that are at the heart of Italian cuisine, Chef Mark LoRusso of Costa di Mare has crafted a unique Taste of Italy's Coastline prix fixe menu that celebrates the best-loved dishes of six seaside regions. Experience authentic dishes like charcoal-grilled octopus from Liguria, cuttlefish from Venice with polenta, or risotto with mussels and red mullet from Sardinia. POKE AND OYSTER HAPPY HOUR
Lakeside Lounge at Wynn

Visit the lounge in Lakeside to try the new happy hour menu featuring small plates with Big Island flavors. Poke, a name that derives from the verb "to cut," is one of the most beloved and ubiquitous dishes in Hawaii, traditionally presented as chunks of fresh fish marinated in soy and sesame. Chef David Walzog reinterprets this classic dish in a variety of innovative ways including bigeye tuna with cucumber, crisp ogo and ponzu; charred octopus with pickled daikon, hearts of palm and sea beans; pork belly with white sugarloaf pineapple, sweet chili sauce and sesame rice or ocean trout, with avocado, yuzu tobiko and sriracha aioli. Other selections range from Hawaiian fish and taro chips with sweet and sour dipping sauce, and Wagyu short-rib loco moco with sunny-side up quail egg, to Portuguese sausage sliders on Hawaiian sweet rolls with kimchi and roast-garlic dressing. Lakeside also serves an exceptional selection of chilled East and West Coast oysters at happy hour, which can be enjoyed nightly from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
